"During our one night stay at the Chateau Elan, my wife and I dined at the wonderful Versailles Restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. For dinner, I had the Roasted Duck; my wife ate the Red Wine Braised Short Ribs. For breakfast, I enjoyed the Crunchy French Toast; my wife ordered the Versailles Breakfast. All four dishes were fabulously prepared, very tasty, and memorable! At dinner, Mary Catherine was our server and she was cheerful, responsive and highly professional!!! During breakfast, Roberto waited on us; he was beyond special! It goes without saying that we'll be dining here during our next stay. We loved this place!! BG (RET) Bob Decker"
