"Food was good, authentic, and preparation time was definitely there, but overall the taste was bland on the Sheppards Pie. Service was great. Overall price was pricey, but the grounds it's on is why it is. Overall I would go again."

"During our one night stay at the Chateau Elan, my wife and I dined at the wonderful Versailles Restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. For dinner, I had the Roasted Duck; my wife ate the Red Wine Braised Short Ribs. For breakfast, I enjoyed the Crunchy French Toast; my wife ordered the Versailles Breakfast. All four dishes were fabulously prepared, very tasty, and memorable! At dinner, Mary Catherine was our server and she was cheerful, responsive and highly professional!!! During breakfast, Roberto waited on us; he was beyond special! It goes without saying that we'll be dining here during our next stay. We loved this place!! BG (RET) Bob Decker"

"We met up with a cousin here. The Corned Beef Reuben was $11.50. A Chicken Wrap was $11.50. The Southwest Wrap was $11.50. A side salad was $1.50. A cup of tomato soup was $1.50. A killer Brownie was only $1. Everything was delicious! Amanda was pleasant and very helpful. She let us visit as long as we wanted."

"Brisket was good a little dry and no sauce at all the baked beans that they had taste like it came straight out of a can, and had the nerve to put apples in it. I’ll stick to my Kansas City barbecue instead hopefully I won’t be back this way at least."

"We tried this restaurant tonight for the first time. We tried the half rack ribs, Brunswick Stew, cheese curds and pork rinds. Everything was delicious! Get there early though, because they were having to turn other people away due to being sold out of many items. We were there around 7:40pm on a Wednesday evening. The peach glaze on their ribs is so good that you probably won't need any sauce! Very clean inside and super nice staff!Kid-friendliness: They have chicken Nuggets on the kids menu."
