"I had the most enjoyable experience! The decor is impressive, the staff is attentive. The colors alone in the decor is so inviting. We were seated immediately and our server was friendly and helpful as it was our first time here. There were plenty of vegetarian options, which was wonderful. There were 6.00 drink specials that were delicious. The vegan gumbo was delicious, and so was my veggie burger. The fries were cut like steak fries and the seasoning was perfect. For dessert we had the beignets, they were scrumptious. I loved the bathroom, from the chandelier to the very large mirrors where I had to snap a few pics in of course. I did not take any of the mango sauce to go, but I will on my next visit. What a wonderful experience!"

"Vancosta's is a nice small restaurant near Old Wythe in Hampton. The staff are all friendly, and they have a beautiful and varied Italian and sandwich menu. At the price, her food is really good. You can usually get a table. In any case, it is worth a nice, quiet meal."

"Hot and ready,yeah right. 2 pizzas and bread sticks take 20 minutes to cook.they dont tell you anything about a wait. Let alone when I went in there I waited 5 minutes just to be greeted,where was everyone??? Then all of these kids come out to a store full of people. My batman pizza is so small and my cheese pizza was stuck to the roof of the box. Then when I ask for parmesan, I her just 2 packets..lmao great customer service. They all seemed to hate being there"

"Let me start by mentioning two things: 1. I was born and raised in Texas, so I know what great BBQ is, and 2. I have avoided BBQ in New Hampshire until now. We decided to stop by Shane's after discovering that the two other local restaurants we wanted to visit were closed. I was initially skeptical because of the cowboy decor on the walls. However, after looking over the menu, I spotted my two favorites: pulled pork and ribs! I ordered those along with green and potato salad. On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being the best BBQ in West Texas), I have to say that Shane's earns a solid 8! The pork was cooked perfectly, the sides were delicious, and the four different sauces (ranging from mild to very spicy) were excellent! Our waitress was fantastic—knowledgeable and full of great recommendations. If you can’t make it down south or west for really amazing BBQ, definitely check out Shane's in Hampton, NH!"

"Sarah was MOST helpful, but Literally the Whole staff was More than helpful and actually care about their customers. Brittany is an EXCELLENT bartender, with enough experience to give a good ear if someone needs one. Briefly talked to Ms. Terry because she is a Very busy woman, but doesn 't mind taking a moment to hear ANYONE or ANYTHING relating to her establishment, which was very recognizable. "First, I will share that what I ordered was accurate as well as delicious. It was ready quickly (I had pre-ordered and chose to pick it up inside Knowing I had an hour's drive ahead of me after picking up my lunch I used the restroom and was quite surprised when I saw the condition of the facilities. I posted pictures and I hope upper management sees them and takes notice that recourses need to be dedicated to this Panera for restroom updates and improvements. If this is the same restroom that the staff also has to use, it makes me feel like management could care a bit more about working conditions. I can't speak for all of the restaurant, but from the pickup door to the restroom, and to pickup my order and then leave, the restaurant looked dirty and unkept."

"I often visit the chain all over the country and my first impression at this point was not the best. There were 6 people waiting inside and nobody waited somewhere else. We had 8 total people in our party and we told them we didn't make it up to be 2 parties of 4. We were told that it was. We repeated the 2 parties of 4 and was told that there were still 2 hours waiting. 2 different people from our party went in and asked for seats for a party of 4 and the first received a waiting period of 25-30 minutes and sat in 10 minutes, the 2nd received a waiting period of 25-30 minutes and we sat in 15 minutes. Obviously they lied. Forward, it is best to recommend a smaller party if you do not want to serve a big party instead of lying and away business. That was extremely disrespectful! I'm glad they don't do this at home. This is our regular Sunday place and we always receive excellent service. Guess we're not in the south!"

"This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. The food is always prepared delicious and hot. I have ordered almost the entire menu. I have had it their way, asked to have it prepared my way and have never been disappointed. The customer service is also excellent. I eat out 95 percent of the time and 75 percent is Happy China. Only when they are close I eat somewhere else otherwise this is a definite go to I would highly recommend."

"The staff in this location is excellent . The food is great, and even if they have a bad day, they are quick to make up for it. We ordered to go and the food was pretty bad. We decided to respond to the survey we got online since we were pretty disappointed, and told them about our experience. The manager was quick to reach out and give us a sincere apology. He also sent us a gift card. We ordered to go that same day and this time the food was fantastic."

"Yes, now I understand that food is not the same every time you go and this time was terrible, there was something in the pizza that I almost chiped a tooth on loud enough that my wife heard that I was a one and done customer when the food is bad. "One of the best locations to eat at. Conveniently located right off interstate 64 and surrounded by many other businesses. It was movie night for my family and I so we did dinner at Plaza and movie at AMC 24. Can't go wrong. This locations parking is limited. We had to park across the street and walk. There was no wait inside. We were seated immediately and our server was ready to take our drink order and dinner order as well. Food came out hot and fast as usual. I have heard of cutting into your steak to see if it's to your liking but not shrimp. Our server said to cut into our shrimp and taste them because they were having recent customers complain about the shrimp. Idk they taste fine to me. I had the New Laredo dinner, Wifey had chicken and shrimp fajitas and my son had the kids meal tacos. All delicious. wife and kid enjoyed their meal as well as I. Serving the best food 20 years strong."

"The food was good and our waitress was nice and attentive. My only question/consciousness was that we had a big party, so we knew that the congratulations would be added to every bill, but usually it is actually on the bill when they give it to you, and it was not. She had to exchange our payment method and then select 20% on the machine. I asked the manager where the written policy was for it, and where did it say that it is now 20% and he said that it is exactly what it is, but it is not written down. I called the next day and left my name and number for a GM to call me. It's been almost a week."
