"I hate to give three stars because, generally, the food is very good and the service while not always 'chipper ' is also good. Where my problem lies is when I call and order a meal with extra HOUSE RANCH I never get it unless I open the order and re ask once standing in the store. This has happened several times with the most recent being just about fifteen minutes ago. My sister picked up the food and didn 't know to look, and I didn 't tell her too. But it shouldn 't be that difficult to put what is ordered into the bag. It probably sounds ludicrous to most to write a review about condiments, but we have to pay for extra which is totally fine and understandable, but I expect it to be in the bag."
