"Went to Water Witch this morning, and have never had such a bad experience there before this one was bad enough to merit this review. I went in around 9:40am on a Sunday morning. For a neighborhood coffee shop, that day/time is understandably busy, so I wasn 't surprised that there was a line to order. I got to the front of the line and ordered two drinks: a large drip coffee (self serve and medium London Fog (basically an Earl Grey latte, steeped with vanilla . I made my coffee while I waited for the tea both self serve urns were close to empty, but there was a full urn backing up one of the empties, so I swapped it out and got my coffee made. And then I waited for the tea. And kept waiting. And waiting. 15 minutes later, one of the employees (who had been hustling behind the counter informs me that they 're still waiting for the water to boil for the tea. Now, I don 't know everything about everything, but I know that I can boil water in a kettle faster than that, so suspected that they hadn 't exactly started working on the tea until they realized that the order was still open. After a few more minutes, I took a seat at the coffee bar to wait, and one of the employees (possibly the owner came over and told me they were still waiting on the water. I asked how it could take so long to boil water and she just snapped back, what do you want, a refund? To which I replied that it had been nearly 25 minutes at this point, so a refund would be appreciated but I still wanted the tea that I ordered. She then proceeds to reach into the tip jar, grabs a few bills, and hands me $2. Nevermind that the drink was more like $5 originally, I couldn 't believe that she refunded me out of her employees ' tips! A minute or two later, she handed me the tea, and I could see that the cup clearly didn 't say London Fog on it, but I figured they just had the ingredients on the cup to make the prep simpler. Nope, it was just a cup of tea, and not even Earl Grey. Meanwhile, my coffee was chewy with grounds at the bottom of the cup, and the store was beginning to panic that they were out of coffee filters as I was walking out. Really bad service, got the order wrong, refunded me the wrong amount and pulled it from the tip jar, and it 's apparently a coffee shop that can 't be bothered to keep track of their own inventory for coffee filters (seems like a necessity, but what do I know? . 0/10, do not recommend, won 't be back."
