"Hotel and restaurant correspond to the star category. The room was clean and satisfactorily furnished. The food is well civic and the guest room as well as the larger rooms appealing and friendly for celebrations. However, there is deduction for beer selection. In a restaurant and hotel business called Brauhaus, I expect other and better beer than Krombacher and Binding. I would have expected home brewed or at least regional beers. Unfortunately, this is a bit of the otherwise positive overall impression, which leads to the deduction in the evaluation."
