"If I could give negative stars, I would. I 've been to this Chatters before and enjoyed a wonderful meal. My second visit, my server was being yelled at by the female manager for not clocking out on his break. By all means handle business, but right there in front of all the guests dining in the restaurant. The manager was so loud that multiple people were speaking up for this employee who was being publicly embarrassed by her yelling at him. She then began to yell at guest who were standing up for the employee. This was the most UNPROFESSIONALISM I have ever experienced while eating out. As we know Chatters is not your usual turn and burn type of restaurant, and usually my bill is right at $100 or more, for two people dining. Seeing this employee being treated this way in front of every guest in the restaurant, was way outta line. Due to this poor guy being humiliated by this manager for at least 20 minutes, my service was not good at all, as you can imagine because my server was being yelled at, therefore he wasn 't able to do his job. Which he did VERY WELL before she started yelling at him. I hope to never see that manager in this location again. She ruined the entire night of many paying customers who were in this restaurant and that server. Her behavior was something you 'd expect from a fast food place."
