"Carolina Roadhouse has been my family's favorite for years! We've ventured locally trying to beat it while we're there for vacation but just haven't found anywhere else to compete. However, our more recent visit to MB last week we visited twice (we always visit at least twice! , and were disappointed both times. Food wasn't hot when served either time. Cold shrimp on a $36 plate is discouraging to say the least. My steak was overcooked, and we should have reported it to the server both times. Both nights we had $200+ bills. On a brighter note, both nights the servers were fantastic!"

"Let's start by saying the food was good. But the server we had was so unprofessional and this is why I'm giving it a one star. He didn't want to read the specials to us to start he was so quick about getting a order and leaving you couldn't get in what you wanted and what's weird is at the end we where standing outside and he like came out with with what looked like our bill kind mumbled something went inside then came out walked by and said something again. We are outside talking at this point he was super weird and I think he wanted more money. I tipped him 20 percent because I know the job is hard but don't come out and follow us wanting more it was so unprofessional and a little creepy. Won't be wasting my money at this place again."

"I feel bad about this review because there were only two people working at the time we got our order. However, apparently you can't get tomato on a biscuit at this BK before 11:00 am. Then I opted for a bacon biscuit since I couldn't get one with tomato, to receive a bacon croissant. My husband's order was correct and fine. We were given complimentary hash rounds for our wait which was very kind until we found a hair in them. The coffee was more like brown water and tasted like it had been brewed the day before and had hot water added to it. Again, those two folks were doing the best they could I believe, but we won't be giving them our business in the future."

"My daughter worked at a store next to Heirloom Bistro since they opened. She always told my wife and I how wonderful they are. Well last night we finally made it there. It was not wonderful. It was exceptional. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Thank you Sharon and Stephanie for a truly memorable evening.In addition, my wife had a food allergy that can be very tricky. No problem at Heirloom Bistro. They worked with her to make sure there were absolutely no issues. She was even able to have an appetizer and dessert whereas most times she cannot.Food recommendations The scallops with bacon appetizer, The scallop entree, the mixed grill (I had the rib eye with shrimp, scallops, and risotto) and the desserts. "Macaroni is dry af, greens dry af, smothered chicken taste funny, Mozzarella sticks are below burger king quality, nasties marinara sauce I’ve ever had, forgot my peach cobbler and hush puppies and offered a $3 refund smh. I also ordered the chicken bog it was dry but it was actually ok it’s the only thing I actually ate. So disappointing. 0/10. I’m here with work, I will be making sure all my coworkers know not to go to this place on layover. This isn’t soul food. It’s barely food."

"I see the mixed reviews wondering if could ever be that bad. This is a hotel restaurant so that should be taken into consideration. I have been here a few times over the years and the staff have always been pleasant and the food better than expected.
