"I 'm in tears as I write this. Let me begin by stating that I absolutely love Hungry Greek. I come here often because I absolutely love the food and particularly the fries. I have always had amazing and excellent service here and today just breaks my heart because I have never in my life been treated the way I was just treated. I couldn 't remember what it was called but they have a pita with hummus. They almost always overly fill them with lettuce onion and tomatoes so I asked for that pita with just a little less of the lettuce and tomatoes and a fry. The lady over the phone kept asking if I wanted chicken or yuro(spelling) I made it clear that I didn 't want meat and continued asking for hummus. She eventually got my order then rudely hung up. When I got there I was greeted by an old Caucasian blond haired lady that I thought I cleared my order with and she sounded just like the lady that answered the phone. They gave me my order and i left. I took a bite not one ounce of hummus. I went back and was met by the very kind young African American male that kindly listened to me and knew exactly what I was talking about. He closes the window and tried to fix it. She aggressively opens the window saying I 'm not doing this! And starts yelling at me. I advise her that she started off completely wrong. She wouldn 't allow me to speak and commences to interrupt and say, you know what I 'm going to give your money back and yells telling me to never come back. She gives me my money back. I hand her her food back and she says in a condescending tone I 'm sorry we couldn 't please you! I take my cash, she yells here 's your change. I drive away and she throws the change at my vehicle. My tears are also bc I couldn 't act worse than her and because I couldn 't behave as the old me. To the young Man that treated me fairly and with understanding, I thank you so much. I pray that God blesses you ten fold. I called back multiple times and they wouldn 't answer. When someone finally answered they hung up on me. I can 't believe this happened and I am still in shock. May God have mercy on you lady for the way you treated me. ."

"they have no vegan brot, just tortilla wraps. my man spent 20 minutes explaining what was vegan and the staff was extremely rude and put acidic cream on our sandwiches after my man told him no acid cream. I do not recommend going here and I am not sure why this is included in this app."

"This long time Italian owned restaurant is great. The portions are generous and not miserly. The food is well seasoned. The pizza is great and the atmosphere is friendly. We had the artichoke spinach appetizer with chips and my only suggestion is that the chips should be salted instead of plain. We had a nice small garden salad that was a bit skimpy on ingredients other than lettuce. For the price it could have been better. The pizza was very good with multiple ingredients and cut into small sections rather than large pieces. Three of us shared a medium pizza and it was ample. If you like Chicago style pizza or Italian plates this is the place to go."

"We’ve only eaten here twice. But I have to say both times were the same (consistently perfect). I eat the gluten free crust and that’s not always tasty. But here the gluten free crust is delicious. It’s not dry like a cracker. I also have allergies to garlic and onions (a very common ingredient in almost everything). Our waitress last night was so amazing. She checked things I didn’t even ask her to check. She was genuinely concerned about keeping me safe. When I thanked her she says to me “that’s our job”. Well not everyone takes that part of their job as seriously as the wait staff does at SQZBX. I have found my new pizza joint when I need a pizza fix........"

"Just had Cafe 1217 cater a party for 60. Absolute perfection. Diana was very easy to work with. Easily came up with a menu that was creative, casual and inviting. The food was beautifully presented. Everyone raved. I highly recommend Cafe 1217 for catering and will definitely contract with them again. They made me look like a rockstar hostess."

"some locals here recommended for their breakfast. the food was good. also the service was good. had the mushroom and Swiss omelet mainly because I don't see one every day. it was good. it came with toast and Jelly. others ordered the kids deal a pfannkuchen, rührei and two pieces speck. all liked their, even if everyone was an experienced adult. they must make a visit in the toilet. it is the entire length of the kitchen to desiccate. beautiful clean kitchen area, but it is quite amazing that all these things and the people to work it in this tiny space."

"I ordered the sirloin and shrimp. the steak was to be medium rare and came out rare. The best shrimp and brussel sprouts I have ever put in my mouth. The waiter was top notch and as we were leaving the gentleman at the front caught us and asked if we needed a bag for our leftovers. I was impressed with the food quality and customer service and it's been a long time since I could say that. Good job management! Oh we ordered the onion petals too and they were super crispy (not greasy at all) and the dipping sauce was perfect."

"I'm allergic to Mango and inadvertently ordered a drink that Mango had in it. I asked the server to check if it imitation mango taste or real mango, and he brought me the actual cartoon to check to be safe. It turned out that it was really mango. Most people would not have taken care of doing this, but because he is better than most, he saved me a lot of discomfort and a possible journey into the ER! He didn't charge me for the drink, even though it was my fault not paying enough attention to what I ordered. We had a great girl's night out!"

"It's a great place, although, a little pricey! My wife and I each had a sandwich, I had a cup of soup, and we ordered a kids size pizza to try their pizza. We each also had soda's bill was over $32 or $16 per person for lunch. Not a cheap date!"

"Hot Springs is swamped with people/tourists and it takes 1 to 2 hours to get seated anywhere for dinner. I looked for somewhere to eat outside of Hot Springs and found this Mexican restaurant that seemed authentic without the long wait and crowd. We were seated immediately and brought water. They have beer and mixed drinks here. The micheladas were very good. We ordered carne asada and steak and shrimp. Both plates were good. The chips and salsa were great because the salsa had some heat to it. My carne asada was tender and seasoned. The rice was good and my husband's shrimp and steak were good. I asked for green sauce and it was a tomatillo sauce with cilantro that was delicious. My only complaint is I think the beans were canned. They didn't taste bad. I could just tell they came from a can. And the 2nd basket of chips were extremely stale. We would definitely return for more delicious Mexican food."

"This was our first time visiting Hot Springs and we were on our way home when we decided to eat lunch (breakfast of course) at The Pancake Shop. I was a little worried at first over the prices as they are ala cart when you order pancakes. After our food came out, I saw huge homemade suagage patties and pancakes that covered the entire plate! Our server told us the best way to enjoy our pancakes was to cut a hole in the middle and fill it with the whipped butter, then pour the syrup over all. She was correct! These were so good and I could not finish mine, which is a rare moment for me. My husband and I both ordered cheese grits. I am very picky about grits. Most places just don’t make good grits. These cheese grits are by far better than any I have ever made and the best I have ever eaten. My husband shares the same thoughts on the grits. Two of our teen boys wanted to try our grits and kept asking for more of OUR grits! Everything was perfectly good! After ordering our food, we had to wait awhile. Then while eating our food, we all understood why the wait. This food is made by hand and is well worth a little wait. And for the worry of pricing, a meal here is worth every penny. We went home talking about how our meal at The Pancake Shop was the perfect ending to our trip in Hot Springs! Well done guys! You completely satisfied a family of five. We will definitely visit again when we return to Hot Springs."

"My wife and I frequent Hot Springs a couple times per month and we love to try places we haven't been before, especially Mexican food. This. Place. Is. A. GEM! Our entire experience was something to remember from the moment we walked through the doors until we left with bellies full. The mural is beautiful, tables are ornate as well as the seats. Chips and Salsa came out very quickly and it was accompanied by a green sauce (delicious and tasting of cucumber), which was a real treat. We ordered a small guacamole and queso for appetizers. I ordered two specials. First, the Tamale lunch special (3 Tamales with chili sauce). They were delicate, moist and delicious. The rice and beans were just as tasty. Second, I had two chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce. It's rare to find a place in Arkansas with GOOD sour cream sauce. Theirs was amazing, but most importantly the chicken was so juicy and flavorful. Without a doubt delicious! My wife ordered Al Pastor Street Tacos and as much as she loved them, I wish I had ordered them too! The seasoning and cook was outstanding and with just a little bit of heat. Service and cleanliness was impeccable! We will for sure be back."

"Got the brisket under big size, was enough for two meals. I added extra cheese, not a Mayo. I asked for extra pickle, no pickle at all. Disappointed. I don't know until we get home. Double roasted was great! Loves the fountain kiosk, so many drink combos!! The girl who took our order was very friendly and definitely back. It's been a long time since I was eating there. "I took my mother and daughter to this restaurant for the first time on Monday night, 10-10-16. It is now my favorite Mexican restaurant! They have an amazing variety of dishes that taste delicious. The salsa is the best I have ever had. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the service is fast. The restaurant has plenty of room, a great atmosphere, a bar, big flat screen TVs, and a private party area. It is very clean and smells delicious. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you receive. We all had to take home containers because the portions were so generous. For three people, including drinks, our total was only $34 and some change. We left our great waitress an additional $10 tip. The 99 cent Margarita with my meal was the perfect touch. We will definitely be back and will bring even more people with us next time!"
