"We ate at a restaurant, but were invited to an outdoor buffet on the way to the pool that looked unappetizing. There were many guests leaving due to food being on the floor, and when I pointed this out, it seemed like no one cared. I attended the gala in 2018, and it was exceptionally well-organized, featuring a traditional cultural theme with Puerto Rican Christmas dinners. The music at that event was fantastic, really capturing the Christmas spirit, with great acoustics and family-friendly bands—not just a rock concert.
The planner for this year's event clearly missed the mark. It's not my fault they didn't anticipate the number of attendees for the pool event; it would have been nice to accommodate all customers' needs. It’s quite easy to plan a pool event, especially for tourists like us who were not looking for a “gala.”"
