"This location is terribly slow. I just spent 45 minutes in the drive thru and I was only behind 5-6 cars. They were taking nearly ten minutes per car. I got to the window and there were at least 5 people inside working, so staffing didn't seem to be an issue. Not to mention they had their doors locked so people coming to pick up mobile app orders couldn't even get their food without going into the drive through (which was taking forever). Absolutely unacceptable. Probably won't go back again."

"6pm, 10+ people in line (and growing) with one person making the meals. I was the 6th person in line and couldn't help but stare at my clock. Unfortunately, it took 25 minutes to get to me, that's with one person only ordering a bag of chips. Three other employees kept peeking around from the back but not helping the employee out front. Finally, two came out to help when they got to the person behind me. They were out of steak then someone finally came out and put some on the grill. I guess I'm used to always seeing fresh food cooking on a Chipotle grill especially at dinner time..Whoever owns this Chipotle really needs to check in on their business and probably be present to help. I was shocked at how slow and disorganized it was. Luckily, everything tasted fine and the orders were correct."

"My food came out first and then it took forever for my friend to get his food. He had only ordered nachos and boneless wings. He ordered the whisky grill boneless wings, but when he got them they were super spicy because they were actually tortured in the Chipotle Grill. We asked for boxes for his food because we were there too long. I'm not sure why the service was slow because there were no other customers."

"Haven’t ordered from this location in a couple of months, and most likely won’t again. Used to be very friendly upbeat vibe. Tonight was like something completely different. Rude, no one greeted me, when I said I had a to go order the girl basically tossed my order at me. Sad, it used be one of our go to spots. Judging by the other reviews (and firehouse responses) it’s a poorly managed location and most likely won’t improve. Just close it down already, corporate shouldn’t allow you to stay open."

"only ordered from the site huntersville. they had the gall to put these absolutely burned maduros in my kiste. I guess because it's the delivery, they thought I couldn't do anything about it, wrong answer. it is embarrassing for them because there is no possibility that they do not know that they are burned. that was a waste of hard earned money. I gave them only the two because the empanadas were good. this is the third time that I get burned maduros in the last 12 months. it will be the last. I'm pretty sure the tostada sauce should be for the arepa on the side, but it's inside. I don't like the sauce. if I ask that it be removed, they always contain it."

"I love the bride from this place and got it at 3/5 locations and it was good every time. I even pointed out that people go here. Yesterday I ordered a pound of brisket to go so I could enjoy it for dinner as I live out of town, but did not want to give up the opportunity. Well, when I came home and gave the brisket a closer look, I noticed that 2-3 slices were pure fat. I thought maybe it was a few small fat layers with meat behind them, but no, it was 100% fat through and through. So basically 30% of the brisket I bought was worthless at $28/pound $30 after tax). I am unfortunately unhappy with this recent experience. I didn't expect anything anymore, just the $30 value of the product I paid. I will return to one of the restaurants when I am close, but if I have another experience like this, I can begin to knock away from this place."

"I’ve been here many many times. Amazing garlic bread. Great pizza. I love their meatball subs. Somehow their soda is just extra great. Service always amazing. Always. Thursday or Wednesday nights there is sometimes a balloon artist there which is fun. I can’t say enough good things. "I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. Several employees checked in on me to see if I needed anything, which was a delightful surprise. Rose, in particular, went the extra mile to help me get some Rocky Road ice cream. Although I didn’t see it on the menu, I expressed my craving, and she graciously offered me samples of other flavors. In the end, though, my heart was set on Rocky Road. Rose didn’t give up; she went to the back to check for me and returned with good news – they had one quart left! It was the perfect amount since that’s exactly what I wanted to buy. Overall, a fantastic experience! I give it 5 stars!"

"We LOVE this place! First of all the food is always great.. My go to is the Honey Swiss Chicken Sandwich. We tried the last wings there for the first time and they are bomb I won?t go anywhere else for wings again! Also the giant pretzel with beer cheese is a MUST.. do not leave without getting you will thank me later. Service is always so good whether I?m there for take out or dining in. "For the first time a group brought here and delighted with the service and food. The group couldn't stop talking about it, even the next day. We all had the specials that day that were salmon and separated a calf shell. There was plenty of food, presentation was perfect and our waitress was very attentive. "Both the tofu and the chicken of Thai were good. Usually, when I order Thai, I'm asked how sharp I want my food on a 1-5 scale, but they didn't ask. The food had good taste and a little spice. I also had Thai tea and it tasted almost like caramel? Nothing like Thai tea I've ever had."
