"People are friendly, ice cream is good. All for a good place! Always a cheerful greeting and many ways to get your dose cream. You also have hot dogs and BBQ. We tried a variety of hot dogs when the family was in town. These are also good, and come in many styles woth toppings. Did not try the BBQ, but will update when I do it!"

"Went for the first time today with a friend and got an iced coffee. Didn't try any of the food, which I should have because the staff said their chef is like #11 top chef in the country I think. but the coffee was good, staff said everyone is a trained barista in I think she said the Italian style? I maybe should have asked for oat milk instead, I'm not sure if they have it but it's what I'm used to and maybe would've made me love the drink instead of just liking it but it was very good and flavorful- I tried the Carmelita. The menu is large, the boards cycle through options. The staff were very patient with me taking some time to read because it was my first time. The atmosphere is nice, I was told there are events that happen in the space too. It seemed a little crowded but not too bad."

"Situated in the shadow of the historic Citrus County Courthouse is a little gem of a restaurant called Motor City Pasta Co. The atmosphere is family friendly, service is excellent and the food is OUTSTANDING!!! We stopped by in the evening for a for Bob and dessert for me. I had the best amaretto cheesecake on the planet. Joe Romano, the owner, came over to welcome us. His family has been in the restaurant business since 1946, beginning with pizzarias in Detroit. Joe is the grandson of Papa Gennero who trained his family not only how to make fabulous food but he also instilled in them great pride in their culinary heritage. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes ranging from tapas to fresh fish, pasta and pizza. This is no ordinary place to eat. It's a little slice of heaven. We want to thank our delightful server, Danielle for looking after us so well. Thanks for such a memorable dining experience."

"We're new residents of Inverness, and wanted to find a good sushi place. While it is a cute place decor wise, the food was just OK. The server was unfriendly and short with every interaction. We ordered edamame, about 5 or 6 different rolls, and the chicken teriyaki. The rolls were good, but the chicken was not. It seemed like it was rubbery, bland, and had a bad smell and taste. We didn't bother sending it back, and just took it home for our pups. Looks like we'll be on the lookout for a GOOD sushi place now."

"Reccomend the Catfish. I ate here with a Meetup Group during a bike ride on the bike trail on a Sunday. This place is very popular with the after church crowd. I had the catfish which a friend reccomended and really liked it. The coleslaw, conch fritters, and hush puppies were all good as well. I cannot comment on other items on menu. We sat outside. Service was very attentive and all food arrived hot. The interior of the restaturant is very attractive and it looks like it would be a fun place to dine at night as well."

"This is a nice little diner. It 's a popular place, and gets crowded. They have a counter, which means I can always get a seat. Large groups could have a problem. My breakfast was very good, the bacon was excellent. They have a nice parking lot, but if you to have a trailer it may be difficult (try Robin 's or Huddle House if you have a trailer), The service was great, my coffee cup stayed filled. Now what 's with their name the diner ? There are many diners on hwy 41 in Inverness. There 's Robin 's, Highland, Huddle house, Joe 's, Mama 's Kuntry Kafe, Papa J 's to name a few, (and they 're all good, I 've been to them all). And why do so many diners claim home cooking ? How many home kitchens have a flat top grill and a deep fryer? And when you close at 2 pm, can you really claim that breakfast is served all day ? (Not to pick on the diner)."

"First and foremost, I have to say that the food at this restaurant is quite good. We ordered prime rib with Caesar salad, sushi, spinach artichoke dip, and stuffed salmon. The stuffed salmon came with risotto that had a very sweet drizzle over it, which I would prefer to skip in the future. Overall, everything else was average to good. However, the ambience of the restaurant left much to be desired. Despite the expensive steakhouse prices (we spent $130 for 2 people), the interior decor and furniture seemed cheap. Our table was in poor condition and looked like it had been used by a group of elderly men for decades in a basement. Walmart curtains were used to separate dining areas, and I had a less than ideal view of an industrial floor mat while eating. I find it hard to justify the prices when the atmosphere is lacking."

"Unfortunately disappointing. Though it’s “by Golden Corral” do not go in with any expectations of similarity besides it being the old building. Interior and decor was nice. Waitress was great. Negatives were the inattentive staff at the front were too busy talking amongst each other about unrelated issues to work between each person of my party ordering , making it a longer than necessary process to the point where it just became annoying. Salad bar is one trip only unless you pay for unlimited . The food is ok, however if they’re trying to compete with outback, Applebees, or chilis they aren’t going to do very well. The food was priced like a steakhouse however the quality wasn’t there. I’d rather have the Golden Corral back. I was really looking forward to the opening and quite frankly it was a disappointment"

"The sampler was enjoyable. The onion rings were perfectly cooked, surrounded by a substantial batter. The mushrooms were well prepared, and the mozzarella sticks were delightfully gooey. The bread served with the meal was soft and flavorful. However, I found the pasta fagioli to be disappointing; it was a bit greasy and lacking in flavor. The Italian lasagna was quite good, while the chicken parmesan was well-pounded and consistently cooked. Unfortunately, the eggplant parmesan didn't quite meet my expectations. The red sauce on the citrus dish was flavorful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. For an appetizer, a calzone, and the Tour of Italia, along with two drinks, our bill was a reasonable $37 before tip. The service was good and staff were friendly."
