"Was highly disappointed in the quality of food for the price you pay ! We were there around 6:00 and they were out of crab cake special. Ordered Lasagna out of it . Used to be our favorite place to dine for a special treat. Something has definitely changed we will not be going back. So disappointed it used to be the best place to go."

"The Lobster Fantasy Roll is my absolute favorite sushi roll here so far. I also tried the Chicken Katsu Lunch Box and it was amazing!! You get a lot of food for a great price and every component of the meal was delicious!! I also got the strawberry Ramune Drink and it was good too!"

"I usually don't take the time to do this, but first let me say I know my family is on time...... The server we had. A beautiful brown cutie called NICKI, was quiet fun and a great server. She was never frustrated. Even at their level to take their orders. We were never thirsty and selling their gift card skills were amazing. I heard a table and said they would deliberately give her a hard time and never flinched her. I think the girl is something special. We will come back"

"The food is always great, but the last time I was, I noticed how many of the waiters had tied their hair in the back, but then fled all over the head. It was quite a bit annoying to think how much hair was thrown around and how much ended up on someone's food. Maybe they should wear nets or hats to keep their hair on their head included. There were two employees who made their hair very nice on their head. Thank you."

"Had friends from the city yesterday and they decided to have breakfast at this Panera in Johnstown. We were all very disappointed by some things you should consider. They don't drink coffee, so they ordered Pepsi as their drink proposal. There was no pepsi in the well machine. My friend told two different people who said they had someone to fill it up for him. We sat almost an hour and no one came to fill the pepsi for them. What disgusted us was the ladies' room. There was an employee who changed clothes and combed her long hair in the handicap rod. When I came in, her boots and a lump of her long dark hair placed on the floor. There was no toilet paper in there. So I decided to go to the other stable, and what was left was sitting on the floor!!! How disgusting and disgusting. No toilet paper in both stands in the toilet paper area hanging on the wall. I mentioned it to an employee who assured me that someone would take care of this problem. But that didn't happen during our visit. One employee told me they were short-occupied, but such things should not be overlooked!! Very disappointed to say the least. I honestly expect a better cleanliness and a better service from Panera."

"Friendly, food comes out fast, clean, economical. I had stuffed pepper soup excellent. All their soups are homemade and great. Breakfast all day. You can get in out quickly. It's a no brainer when you're on the run."

"I'm giving a 3 instead of a 1 because the location seemed to be having some staffing issues the day I went. Me and my family (4 of us) went for lunch inside. Ordered at the kiosk. Order took 10+ minutes to make. We didn't have a huge order, but like I said they seemed short staffed. Got our food, we had no straws for the drinks, had to get up and find straws. Sat back down to realize I didn't have a fork for my bun-less burger (gluten sensitive). I got up to look if they had any out to grab, I couldn't find them. An employee was cleaning up out in the dining area and I asked them if they had any forks where I could grab one. He said go ask the person at the counter. I stood there and no one seemed to notice I was there. The person I asked about the fork then walked past me and into the back and started talking with another staff member. Nothing about me needing a fork. He then grabbed his coat and left his shift, me still standing there. I stood there for at least 5 more minutes before someone said oh your order will be right up to which I corrected them that I just needed a fork. She looked at her station and drive thu, no forks. She had someone go in back to grab more. They didn't have any. Didn't have any knives either. So I asked for a spoon so I could eat my burger patty with something besides my hands. I understand in this industry these sort of things happen so I wasnt greatly bothered. The employee that helped me by telling me to go ask at the counter, that then walked by me still waiting and then just got his coat and left after chatting for a couple minutes did bother me. That is just poor customer service. He couldn't be bothered to make sure that I was helped at all."

"Hands down the best fast food burger in the area. Fresh cut fries and they even tell you the farm they are from. A small fries is easily enough for two. I would order a large and my family of 4 would not be able to eat them all. They are the best fries and equal to Boardwalk fries from Maryland. The burgers are twin smash burgers so if you only want one patty you better specify when placing your order. The milk shakes are awesome! The Johnstown location is well staffed and they keep a very clean location. You will spend more than a standard fast food, but it is so much better!"

"I am trying to support local company companies and to do this religiously. Murphy is no exception. Like most, their wings were the attraction because they themselves are like no other. But I spent so much time eating there, I finally started trying other things on the menu and I quickly found that all their food is just a good one as the wings. Philly Salad and Pizza Steak Hoagie are some of my favorites. With this is said when you are in Murphy 's your great by friendly welcoming employees and cozy Cheers atmosphere. The facility is clean and family-friendly. If you're looking for a place to drink, Murphy is a must."

"This place is in my top three of life's local favs. Has always been consistently excellent in all ways and what a great married couple that's owned and kept things lively thru the years. I can attest because I've been going there for 30 years. There's never any unnecessary drama, it's clean and they'll have what you like to drink or eat if not they will if you'd ask. Good place to take a date and cuddle up in a booth, have a cold one after work, Steeler Sunday is always hopping.. my only personal disappointment is the replacement of the pinball machine and pool table with those damn PA skills gambling things. No skill there. Sometimes I would go there specifically to play because its such a private little room back there. Still five stars all day. "We were seated in a timely manner and ordered and then waited over an hour to get our food. People dining in all had to wait behind take out orders. Waitresses were trying to keep customers happy but were dealing with a manager that didn't care and was seriously rude to her staff and us. No sorry about some people getting served before us when we dared to ask where our order was. She just said they messed up and will get us food. They finally did and it was ok but not like in the past. You probably should think twice before visiting three again. Other place actually want your business."

"Everything tasted good. The store is just set up weird. There is no signage to tell you where to order pickup. After I ordered, I waited on one end of counter to pick up my order the girl hands me half of my order then tells me I'll have to go to the other end of the counter for my drink. That just seems weird to me that they don't hand me my whole order in one place."

"I had never visited this restaurant, but my family was hungry for Chinese food as it was Chinese New Year. I had ordered my food by phone and apparently thought I was ordering from the restaurant, but I wasn't. Apparently I ordered through grub hub pickup for the restaurant. This was a complication with my order that no one had encountered before and they said they didn't even have the service. The staff member researched the issue quickly and was friendly about it even though it was not encountered before and was incredibly busy. The Staff member showed me where the right number was for the restaurant on my phone. This was my first encounter with the restaurant and was a good experience even though there were complications as he was friendly and positive to get the issue resolved. The food was excellent and was packaged well for my pickup! I really appreciate the time and effort the staff member took to process my order quickly even though it was ordered unusually for them. The restaurant was decorated really nicely for the year of the Tiger as well. They seem to have plenty of seating despite the small front of the restaurant,cehich makes the restaurant smaller than it actually is. I also found out this restaurant has a buffet while I was there. Will definitely be visiting this restaurant again for that buffet and for the great food. If you are ordering through Google Maps, order from the main number of the restaurant on the main page of the restaurant in Google maps, that is if you are ordering to pick up your food. "We ordered the Margherita pizza, lasagna, and chicken picatta. The pizza was excellent and the lasagna was one of the better ones I’ve ever tried. But the chicken piccata wasn’t very good. The sauce was too loose and made eating the linguini they paired it with frustrating. The sauce couldn’t adhere itself to the pasta and kept slipping off it. I had more sauce in my pasta bowl than in my gut after all was said and done. Cheesecake Factory makes a better piccata using capellini and larger, flat chicken cutlets. The service was top notch and our server threw in two gob cakes for us to sample for free. Would definitely come back again when we’re in town."
