"let me say that eating is in the rule on the point. but at many places is not open in time when asked why when the sign says 6:30. no real reason, only we do not open for another 10-20 minutes. I understand that the dinge happen, but it is so common that they should change the announced time when their so much of a problem some of us work and only have time to stop at a place."

"Had a very nice lunch here. Lost a star bc I felt a little cheated by the shield board offer of fried oysters. I thought they were a duck and not an appetizer. Also the 1/2 or 1 dozen is wrong. They're only coming around the 1/2 dozen. If you want 12 you have to pay $11.99x2! But they were good! Great sweet tea! Our server, chat, was super friendly. I'm probably back, but next time I could pass the oysters."

"I had waited for the best time to eat here and I was left hating the fact I didn't get to enjoy this food sooner! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about their menu, catered to my preferences, and the looks on their faces told their joy in working here. I ordered several items from the menu and none were disappointing. Each dish shown on its own and had distinct flavor profiles. The selection of sauces were great. I used a different type for each type of meat I had. I did mix and match and found several combinations I look forward to trying later. From the ribs, pulled pork, chicken wings, two types of bread, baked beans, and potato salad, I was in epicurean heaven! Luckily the staff member, whose mother is also a guide, added the banana pudding to my order to make sure I got the full experience. I can not thank her enough. The rich dessert was the perfect ending to one of the top 5 best BBQ meals I have ever enjoyed."

"I have been eating here for about 5 years now. Since they were in their last location and I still love it. While I do miss the family that used to serve, I am still glad to see them open and running. I?m not sure where the bad reviews have come from! Those customers might have been causing a problem. This was the first place I tried duck and now I get it often! There is a new cashier that is still learning so be patient with her and don?t intentionally make her job harder than it has to be! The spring rolls could?ve had less lint on them though! I know the rice paper is sticky but maybe try making them on a different surface? The atmosphere is still welcoming and calm. The people are super nice and they care! Definitely hard to find these days ?"
