"No bad meal. This place has always amazing aromas and a beautiful environment. If you like a little spice, order the street fries . You will not..."

"The simple fact that the owner (we think) found a table in a packed restaurant on reservations for a daddy with his two little girls for what seemed like a daddy/daughter dance evening simply so the little girls wouldn’t be disappointed was enough to get us to come back again. We were prepared to move our dinner to the bar to make sure the little family got to have their evening but they accommodated them, truly probably giving that Dad a sigh of relief. It’s that type of service that changes your whole experience. The food was absolutely magical. We had the lamb shank and chicken breast. Both were cooked to perfection, the sides were phenomenal and we finished with the lemon tart and left overly full but insanely happy about it. We frequent downtown Kalamazoo frequently for date night and this was the first time trying Rustica and we have found our favorite. It’s easy to see why it was so busy. Between the exceptional food and out of this world service, Rustica has created a winning combination."

"The food here is amazing if you are able to go here during the happy hours, the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is very nice, the staff is friendly and the food comes quickly for short staff. Due to the lack of personnel it can have a lot to do here and you wait for a place. In any case, would come back."

"Local favorite!!! These guys do great to serve their community. On Christmas they serve over 1000 Prime Rib meals for free. While we did not come this day, they still had goodies for the children the day after Christmas. This was one of my regular breakfast connections, and I find more and more reasons to like this place!!!"

"I ordered jalapeno popper dip, but spinach artichoke dip was served. I tried to tell my server that the bathroom was not correct, but he told me I was wrong. the menu does not list broth crumbs on the jalapeno popper dip, there was no jalapeno taste at all that was green muddy and leafy, and there were pieces of artichokes that would not fit into something that would be in the popper dip. I'm from texas, pretty sure I know the difference."

"The corn relish sauce for the lobster ravioli smothered the delicate bits of lobster and the beautiful ravioli. It was far to heavy of a sauce for this dish and was a huge disappointment. The corn chowder was mediocre at best. Something I ate left me up sick all night. My date did not eat his salad and said the lettuce was limp. His pasta dish was basically okay. The ambiance of the restaurant was wonderful. The wait staff was attentive but not overbearing. Everything appeared clean and socially distanced."

"the menu offered several vegan options. I had the Tofu brother who was in order. the waiting staff was not helpful at all when I asked for their options, my waiter even replied with “sorry I hate vegans I can’t help them”. he told me the pommes weren't vegan, but didn't work out why. the atmosphere did not seem very welcoming and overall I had a good experience. good food, but I doubt coming back."

"We arrived to the Studio Grill at around 9 am on a Sunday. This place is small and in a town where there are a surprising number of Sunday morning closures, it was unsurprisingly busy. We were content to wait for a table, but the manager made a unique and welcome suggestion go next door to the bookstore (also open), browse for a few minutes, and they would send a staff member over to get us when the table was ready. Just to make sure...they took a name (my youngest child's name, who was tickled pink) to be able to call when they came to fetch us. We headed over to the bookstore next door and spent a blissful 10 minutes pouring over the shelves and eventually walking out some dollars poorer but feeling very content, even before our meal began. What a perk! The meal itself was delicious. Our family of 4 was still in dinner recovery from the night before, so we ended up splitting two adult meals: the cinnamon roll pancakes and the stuffed French toast. My youngest also ordered a side of bacon. All was delicious and came out very quickly. Drip coffee was okay I expected a bit more strength for a place that had an espresso machine nearby, but that's fine I understand they don't make their money on cups of drip coffee. Service was attentive and another waitress who came by to grab plates even took a moment to compliment my child's choice of book from next door. If we were in K-zoo for longer, I would absolutely be hitting this place up again for breakfast. I'm dying to try some of their vegetarian dishes which looked excellent. Between the menu, service and total experience, this place is an absolute keeper. No question."

"Me? ve wanted a very long call in Bell?s. I was glad. The staff was very friendly. I worked in a brewery when someone ordered a flight. However, guilty as hell your honor had served a beautiful flight with a real smile friendly words. We didn't eat. We saw some dishes that looked good. You have a back room event type area large enough for a worthy small concert hall. This night the Arena Rock Band or similar name (70?s 80?s Cover Band) was to be seen after a sold out show. I finished my flight with HopSlam. We visited the branch, got some execution, swing went happy. The industrial feeling of the area as well as being directly on the rail road tracks seemed so much cooler. FYI You like (at least when we log in) to get table, take the number on the table bring it to the counter, then the food is delivered to your table identified with your number. The good thing is that you do not have to wait with your beer until it is delivered."

"I've been going to Maru for years, and my experience today was great as always. I tried the crab mushrooms for the first time today, and they could be my new favorite menu item. I also had the soy joy and spicy salmon rolls, and they tasted fresh and delicious. The Soju-Limonade is a must!"

"5 Stars for the drinks and atmosphere2 Stars for the food. The drinks were very good, the staff super friendly. We Really like the adult juice boxes and the ciders. The chips and onion dip were very tasty but the entrees we had were just bad. We have the shrimp skillet with sounded like lightly fried shrimp over a slaw but it was shrimp fried to death probably a 4 to 1 breading to shrimp ratio over French fries with a tiny amount of slaw in a closed container. The Umami burger was dry and they forget to include the eggs which may have helped tremendously.Would go again for drinks anytime and apps but not for a meal."

"Excellent food, service, prices!. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Kalamazoo. The food is delicious, the spice levels controllable, and the hot is really spicy, this is a rare and wonderful thing for spice lovers like me to find. For those who do not love the heat or are not used to authentic Thai heat spices, are warned their medium is the equivalent too hot in most American ethnic restaurants. I loved everything I tried on her menu, but a favorite must be the cured duck. They cook it right, it is not too dry or greasy. The portions are generous, so you probably have leftovers to take home, and Thai food is always warmed nicely. The service is always prompt and courteous, and they are very helpful if you are not sure what to try. However, be warned that if you 're there are peak meals you can have to wait. The place is quite small, but waiting will be worth it!"

"Monday went to a Yelp event as a guest and had their $5 burger and fries on Monday 1/2 price pitcher of beer). Went back today to try their $1 tacos $2 add rice and beans). Tacos are small but they are $1! Have 4 or 5, beans and rice and you still have a $6 or $7 meal! At Yelp event, they turned out 3O burgers just for us and got no order wrong. They had other customers in between our 30 ppl as well. Great customer service!"

"Fun beer and grill place with a unique spin on beer prices. Every 15 minutes the beer exchange (think stock exchange) updates each beer 's price based on how much it is or isn 't being bought. Occasionally the market crashes and all beers drop in price. There are 2 floors, the lower is a bar with an arcade and pool tables. The upper floor is mainly for dining, but also has a bar. I got the Juicy Lucy burger and fries and loved both. Definitely one of the best burgers I 've had and highly recommend."

"I had the pot roast dinner tonight and was not disappointed, actually half of it took home. I was too full to have one of their delicious desserts, but they tried. I replaced my Veggie page for her homemade potato salad and also brought it for later (I love it). Homemade comfort Food specialties as well as delicious soups, sandwiches and salads, will let you come back. Locally owned by owners on site and exhibit all these treats daily!"

"If you are looking for elegance and adventure, this is the place to go. You have to understand that they always create new things. And unfortunately, if that happens, it's not always perfect, but it's different. I have a lot of respect for the people who lead this place. They really come with some original ideas. I brought my children here and they liked it. They are child-friendly. But this kind of atmosphere is really not suitable for children. We have the confit duck wing and the squid. We ended up with the Schokopudding and the Cheesecake. Most things on the menu will not come out as you expect and this is the surprise. You could find out something about yourself that you might not like surprises. If you are someone who likes surprises, this place is perfect. The thing that is now in Vogue is smoked drinks. One of the cool things they did was a flash that was smoked and left the smoke flash for me. See photo"
