"Usually the food itself is good. I used to work at sonic and I know the people that own it so I didn’t wanna leave a bad review, but tonight the service was very upsetting. Had I been with my husband I would’ve checked the food and voiced my “complaints” to the employees working, but he brought it home. Food was cold/not fresh, ice cream was half full, Oreo chunks not blended and no fudge like ordered. I know staffing is an issue across the world right now and I empathize, but please do better. Very disappointing."
