"Pros: - The property was well-maintained and clean, including the pool, cabana areas, and beachfront. - The concierge, bell staff, and poolside servers were very helpful and accommodating. Special praise goes to "Missy" and "Anika" from the concierge, as well as "Ruby" and "Joston" who provided excellent service. - The accommodation, a two-bedroom partial ocean view suite, was spacious and suitable for a family of four. - Cabana rental was highly recommended for daily use, especially with kids, and included amenities like soft drinks, ice cream, and towels. - The close proximity to the ocean and private beach was convenient, with towels and chairs provided. - The pools were enjoyed by the kids, including a fun slide and a secret hot tub, as well as an adult pool. - Transportation to and from the airport provided by Fairmont was impressive and convenient. Cons: - Noise pollution from construction was a major issue during our stay, as there are ongoing renovations that were not adequately highlighted before our arrival. The noise, including jackhammers, was disruptive and constant throughout the day. - Housekeeping could be improved, as drink ware was frequently removed from the room, requiring replacements to be requested. - The restaurants at the Fairmont were not impressive, with limited variety. Our experience at Ko was disappointing, and we were deterred from dining at Nick's due to the appearance of the building. Overall, while our stay at the Fairmont Kea Lani had its ups and downs, we appreciated the efforts of the staff to address our concerns and provide compensation for the inconveniences we faced during our visit."

"Came for dinner following 30th wedding vow renewal on the beach…disappointing to say the least. Server was scattered and disorganized from start to finish. Following our entree, she brought out our wedding cake and dropped it on the table in front of us. No plates. No cutlery. No cutting knife and just walked away. We kept expecting her to return so we drank our coffee and no we watched her chat with a single diner for a long amusing chat -not giving service-just chatting. Still no plates or cutlery…nothing. My husband finally got up from the table after waiting 30 minutes and asked another server to find her as we just wanted to leave at that point…she arrived about 5 minutes later and picked up our wedding cake and returned later with our bill. Sea bass was over cooked, pork chop okay. We had gone to Spagos 3 nights earlier for my husband’s birthday celebration which was fantastic in every way…and we were made to feel special the entire evening, server took photos of us and manager came over to give birthday wishes and knew about our upcoming wedding anniversary celebration and offered congratulations and well wishes. Our anniversary celebration dinner at Ferraro’s could not have been more disappointing in almost every way and pretty much spoiled our celebration. Cake done by Cake Fanatics…it was the highlight of the evening even though it was never served and just sat on the table in front of us looking beautiful. Flowers by Bella Bloom-we highly recommend for gorgeous wedding flowers. Ferraro’s for dinner and a special evening…not so much!"
