"We went for our anniversary celebration and the seating arrangement was not private at all. I made reservations well in advance and there were booths or private table options available that could have been reserved. I had indicated it was our anniversary on the reservation and Harvest was aware of the occasion. They had printed out a small greeting and placed it on our table, wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Our table was open seating and I was sitting on a bench seat with another person sitting 3' from both sides of me. The food was overpriced and nothing special. Overall, very disappointed. I will make reservations next time at a more intimate and established place that has personal seating arrangements and if you tell them the occasion they will make sure that you are at a location in the restaurant that is not in the center of the activity with other guests and the staff."

"I ordered a treat through the app and had it brought to me via curbside pick up. The young lady who brought my order, Katie, was amazing. She was kind, cheerful, and appeared to truly enjoy serving me. She looked me directly in the eyes while talking to me and her eyes brought warmth to me as she made me feel as though my order was the most important one of her day. Her sweet disposition and compassionate smile has made my day. Please express my gratitude to her for being a light to me and those of us who were blessed to have interacted with her today. "First time at this location. Stopped for breakfast through the drive thru before an appointment. Once I reached the person taking orders I was not greeted just asked for my name and then my oder. She seems distracted and more wanting to focus her attention on anything other than the customer in front of her. At the time of entering the seive thru there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Yet with this I waited over 10 minutes to get to the place to pickup food. As I waited for my food to be given to me, I was not acknowledged, smiled at or even told that I would be handed my food in a few minutes. Instead, observed 3 managers leaning on counters,constantly checking their phones and conversing with one another in a casual manner. There was only one worker that I observed trying to get orders out, the rest were with the group of managers or slowly just meandering about looking like they were more lost than working. After waiting over 5 minutes to get my food I was thanked by the only gentleman actually working. The hashbrowns were smashed and crushed in the container, the sandwich was sloppily put together and the only good item was the yogurt parfait that was premade. Extremely disappointed by the food and mostly the level of service. Chik Fil A used to have a common consistency of great service and food. Now with this visit I am beginning to wonder if they have lost this."

"Wonderful menu all of tasty offerings. It was a beautiful day so we dined al fresco. We finally got a waiter to the table after a much too long wait. Jackson was a very nice waiter, unfortunately he was not familiar with the menu and could not answer our questions and throughout the meal he never refreshed our drinks or checked on us enough. We started with the Philly Cheeseteak Rolls that were quite tasty with a brown mustard and sweet chili sauce, we would have liked a bit more sauce than a smear across the plate. I had the Salmon Salad which I found to be a quite small in portion for a dinner salad. The Salmon was just slightly overdone and a bit on the dry side, the hot bacon dressing did not taste like bacon nor could I pick up the zing from the vinegar. The kitchen completely forgot to put the bacon on the salad and I was almost done eating before I could catch Jackson to get some brought out. Hubby had the Meatloaf with Broccolini and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes and was pleased with his meal. Overall a decent meal and we would give them another try."

"We had a great lunch today. My husband enjoyed the prime rib, myself and toe toddlers shared the Calhoun trio, the pork and tenders were great, best honey mustard we've had, the ribs were dry and definitely not fall off the bone. The barbque bajed beans were great as well. The bread was fabulous and the atmosphere was pleasant. Service was average, nothing stellar, nothing lacking. We will go back."

"The food at Chaiyo is decent but not the best Thai in town. We've eaten at Chaiyo off and on for several years. I recommend going here for lunch (if you can find parking) because the prices for their lunch menu are much more reasonable than their dinners. They've also raised prices in general lately though.Well I haven't ordered their sushi, on the Thai side of their menu there's really not a bad item. Their curries and drunken noodles are flavourful and all of vegetables are usually pretty crisp. Any of their entrees can be made with beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, or tofu so they are definitely vegetarian friendly. Also, their 0 to 10 heat index is definitely accurate for me, spicy starts around a 6 or 7, while a 9 or 10 can leave you sweaty.If eating in the restaurant for lunch, their service is typically attentive so it does make for a good location near the UT campus for a quick lunch.If you order take-out from Chaiyo, *make sure they've given you everything you've ordered* as I found at tonight (2/19/22), if they forgot to include something in your bag and you don't discover it until you're home, they won't issue a refund (unless you return to the restaurant which, seriously, how much of a pain in the butt can they make it"

"I came here because a friend mentioned I could buy items in bulk like nuts, grains, and spices. I really enjoyed being able to find a good amount of vegan and gluten-free options, but the prices here are quite high. Imagine wholefoods, but extra. The store is quite small so options are limited. I only bought a handful of items and my total came to 60 dollars. I guess that's the price you pay when you have dietary restrictions."

"the pizza was very good. in our group there was something popular about the "Caribbean-Ruck" pizza with their sweet jerk sauce. "They got my order wrong. Once they redid it correctly, it wasn't very good. On my 15-day road trip, this was the worst meal I had...couldn't even eat half of it before I'd had enough (not due to portion size, but rather, the food not being appetizing). If this is the kind of pizza (or in my case, calzone) that the folks in Knoxville think deserves 4+ stars, I shudder to think what a 2-star establishment in the area is like. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll go ahead and stop in Chattanooga or keep driving east. On this particular trip, I was heading to Pigeon Forge. The pizza in that area was tourist-trap expensive, but at least it was satisfactory...."

"It's been a while but we went back tonight and it was fantastic as usual. I got fish and chips and a side if green beans which all were fantastic. The green beans they serve are fresh not that canned garbage a lot of places use. Also the beef tips were very good ordered by my husband and the pinto beans also very good. We didn't get dessert but the banana pudding always very good."

"4 of us were passing through Knoxville and wanted some Tennessee BBQ. We split a 'Family Feast ' (ribs, brisket, pulled pork and pulled chicken). Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The chose 4 sides with the meal; baked beans, mac and cheese, potato salad and sweet potato chips. The sweet potato chips were incredible! We 've never tried anything like that! We had to finish the meal with banana pudding. Top notch all the way Our server, Ellen, was amazing. She made some suggestions as to ordering, and was professional and attentive all evening."

"really decent cash. I was quite impressed by this place. I was in the city for an academic day and I looked at good places to get a beer in knoxville. this place came to a few different searches. I think the prices and options at suttree are excellent. I knew it would be good if I sat down and saw that they had the greender bourbon breakfast stout on hahn. this beer sells in hours at the beer shops in sc! I spent every night at suttree’s during my visit and I would definitely return. had eaten one of the nights and that was pretty good. not a huge menu, but if everything they want to eat it with the beer, it will do! highly recommended!"
