"The Zur Waldesruh or Oedinger is an old rock in Korschenbroich and everyone in the village. I always go there and know exactly what to eat there and what not. The staff there is always dedicated and friendly. If much is to be done, it can happen that, depending on where you are sitting, you are asked 20 times for wishes or well-being. It's better than different. The ambience has come into the decades and conveys a respectable retro charm. So why only two stars? It is sad that we can only visit the restaurant after the evening and thus only get to peak times. The restaurant is always quite full and the kitchen is hopelessly too small or understated. Otherwise, I cannot explain that the waiting times for a court vary between acceptable 30 minutes to 2 hours. Unfortunately, it is not said that it can take longer and even if you ask, you will not receive a reliable answer. On such days, unfortunately, it happens again and again with the Junior Chef that meat is either not fried or, for example, medium steaks are completely through. If you do this, take the food completely away and make it new while the other time has to eat. They usually only have food when the others are ready. Unfortunately, it didn't happen a few times. The fact that now many finished products are used and even roast potatoes come out of the bag is therefore perfectly understandable. If we as a customer are informed about waiting times and a further regulation of error correction is implemented, I would give 4 instead of 2 stars."
