"I had a very disappointing culinary experience in the restaurant two nights ago. I was on a date, and the customer service completely ruined the night for both of us. I ordered a Margherita pizza and garlic cream fuccine with mojito and peach tea. The server was beautiful and the pizza was great; However, the pasta was appreciably underused and crispy in some places. The sauce was great, but the pasta could not eat 1/4 of the way there. We complained about eating to another server as our server seemed busy with other customers. The server brought someone who seemed to be a manager of the restaurant who soon said, that is, al dente, and so it should be in a very undermining, respectful tone. She then said we can reheat it for you, or you can get something else in an unnoticed way. We were all right with the answer, though a bit spun, and asked to reheat the pasta. A few minutes later my server brought a seemingly new pasta. The pasta was now cooked and edible; but the sauce was completely dirty. It was obvious that they treated the pasta with water and made microwaves. We were very disappointed and called for a few bites. Then my server brought the reception without the booklet (which they gave every customer around us). At this point we were made with the restaurant and wrote $0 on the top and left. I believe the normal answer to a customer when they complain that the pasta is crispy and unusable We are sad, we will bring you a new one. Maybe she treated us like this because English is not my main language and we were both in our 20s. I also know, of course, how to distinguish solid texture and an indigesible food; I really do not have to be informed about what is al dente, as I was already in Italy and Italian meal. In any case, it was very discriminatory and disrespectful. We are very disappointed at how we were treated and we will never return to the restaurant again."

"Very disappointed. We had really been looking forward to this as it was several months in the making due to a previous forced cancellation. Everyone we knew raved about it, but it was not good and not nearly worth the money. We are not picky as my children like Outback and the Olive Garden to give you an idea. The salad bar was lacking. It was missing the sushi which my daughter was looking forward to as it is prominently displayed on the website. The sides were served slowly with small portions that we had to request more multiple times. The beans were watery like soup. Our table was broken and wobbled any time someone touched it. We were told there was a dress code and had our children dress up. We were the only ones. I saw shorts, sneaker, sandles, overalls. Anything goes wardrobes. The meat. It was very slow to come around. So much so that we had to ask for most of the choices we were looking forward to. If we had not spent time on the website discussing with excitement what we wanted to try, we would have missed out on at least 1/2 of the options. Once we asked, as we knew the selections by memory, those items came out once. -The filet mignon was maybe the worst I have had at a restaurant. It was very chewy. I did not finish the 2 small pieces I had. -The drummets had pieces of bone or hard bits breaking off into our mouths. -The mashed potatoes were ok although how they were served, they got cold very quickly. Served as a thin layer on a mini platter. Served in a bowl or deep dish would keep them warmer. -The french fries may have been the best thing there. There was no food there that we would ever want to have again. The women's restroom had 3 stalls. 2 did not have locks on them. When we were seated at the table, there were so many items and glasses that there was no room to put our hands down. Even the little red/green cards did not matter. My children (teenagers) we excited about that but it did not matter what side we had turned up."
