"I stopped after a few telecons this morning. I've passed it from... I recognized the road, the Cafe 67 is up, as it is the junction for the trailhead for the El Cajon mountain hike, which I tried to reach for *four* years. All right. I was here at 1015 and went around 1045. The place was almost empty when I arrived. I ordered a large breakfast of French toast, a few eggs over easy, bacon (two slices) with a full side of bacon (four slices), and a half order of cookies and gravy. The French toast was made from thick bread (Texas toast size). It was good, but it was missing... something. I think it needed cinnamon or nutmeg. The bacon was pretty perfect, along with the eggs. The cookies and the severity... I love the cookies. I should have had them with butter and jam. The severity wasn't bad, but it was weird. They sprinkled it with parsley (I believe) and a red spice. It had little taste independent. Total"
