"The food and service at this location is much much better than the St Armand's location. I don't even know how they're ran by the same owners because St Armand's is ridiculously bad service. 4 stars because I find the menu to be a little limited compared to the past but the food is fresh and in my experience the servers are very knowledgeable. Good wine selection and Sierra was great and attentive even though we sat outside. The price difference between the blue point oysters and gulf is very reasonable. Lobster rolls are fresh, chunky and the right texture."

"The food is really good but on two different occasions the service was extremely poor. This evening in particular. I stood at the door to be seated and no one came towards me or acknowledged my presence. I was forced to find someone to help me. This was at 8:30pm and a half hour until closing. I decided to take the order to go and I purchased a bottled water and asked that they bring it to me while I was waiting. I also tipped on a to go order. The young lady who took my order returned and just handed me the glass bottle. I asked for a glass because I was going to sit down and drink it while I was waiting. She insisted I couldn’t have a glass because it was a to go order and I told her I’d be sitting here waiting and would prefer a glass. She brought me a to go styrofoam cup. I said again I’d like a glass while I sat there and waited for the food. She turned as if I asked her to borrow her car or something and stormed off. Came back with a glass and I thanked her. She then stormed off again without a you’re welcome . I get it, maybe she was having a bad night and was tired but I came to the restaurant hungry and was made to feel like I was a bother. I went back to the desk where I ordered and asked to cancel my order and refund my card. Some gentlemen, I’m assuming the manager asked what the problem was and I explained. He then told the kitchen to cancel the order and once again was equally as rude as the young lady. I was polite, patient and accepting they were tired and cranky. I told them I was shocked and said what if I was a food critic. They didn’t care. So the food is quite good but tonight forever ruined it for me."

"Service was descent but the food was horrible to say the least. Had the Chicken Tallarin pasta/noodles the noodles were extremely salty, and the chicken was not fresh at all, they tried to mask the outdated chicken with soy sauce, and it just made it worse. I asked for a side of rice $3.95 × tax to try and offset the saltiness of the noodles, only to get a small portion of hard, barely cooked rice. Very expensive food without the freshness and quality it should have. All I got as feedback when I let the waiter know, was I will let the Chef know. Chef I doubt this place has even a half knowledgeable cook. Expensive mistake, never again!"

"We were a party of 10 dining at this restaurant and everything was exceptional from the moment we walked in and were seated at our table. Our waiter was fantastic - professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The presentation of the food was top-notch and everyone at the table was satisfied with their meals. The menu had a variety of options including ravioli, spaghetti, veal, pork tenderloin, chicken Milanese, and a seafood mix. Each dish was delicious and full of flavor. Overall, everyone left the restaurant happy and satisfied with their dining experience."

"Yesterday evening a lot of food ordered. Unfortunately, it wasn't good. Soggy, fat pommes. Overcooked gyrose. Bland soup. Wrong items. Very disappointed. On a positive note I called the store and spoke to the manager/owner. He explained personnel questions and training of new employees. It wasn't an apology, but wanted me to know. Offer to replace our meal and even gave me his cell number to follow further problems. Very good customer service. I will definitely give them another chance."

"I have been going here for two years now and really like the product. However, I went in yesterday to find that their prices went up astronomically. I ordered a small fro yo, and the poor girl behind the counter was stumbling over an explanation as to why there would be a 50 cent up-charge on the small. I then ordered a medium (because the small made no sense money-wise) only to find that they have reduced the size of their medium by several ounces. It is simply not worth paying over $5 (plus I always add a good tip) for a very small amount of soft-serve yogurt. The manager was on duty at the time and I inquired about the prices and she was very smug about it. Sorry to say that I will have to find my frozen treats elsewhere."

"I do not leave reviews often, but I was very disappointed. Tried this based on the good reviews, but I ended up throwing away most of the food I got. The grape leaves were so sour and had no beef, the tabbouleh salad was dry, full of stems, and smelled awful. The beef shawarma barely had any beef. The baklava did not taste fresh and had a plastic-like aftertaste?not worth the $6 for such a small piece of dessert. Over-priced and lacking quality."

"You know that it is fresh, how the interior smells (in a good way)!!! All sandwiches were simply the best way. They definitely give a lot of lobster for the regular size roles and we preferred the cool style over hot. Po Boy was also easy, but if the foundations are good, you don't need much more!! As for the sides the tomatoes was feta delicious and fresh! You can't really go wrong with a French frit and that was pretty good. Coleslaw could have used salt and pepper, but I am so glad that it was a creamy Coleslaw!!! At the price I don't know much about lobster prices (especially with inflation), but it seemed like a fair price for the amount we got. All in all, I would recommend if you want good, fresh seafood without dealing with a great chic restaurant! Now that I know what I'd rather order, I'm sure my next visit will be 5 stars!"

"It was really maybe a place I should've gone to drink then eat as opposed to simply getting a drink with my meal which most certainly would've been better after a few more. Our food took a while and my burger must've died in the window. Ordered mediumrare but grayed out all the way through. Fish and chips a signature dish there. Fries were bland and fish was good but minimal.Server checked in once and music was way too loud for a family environment. Manager didn't seem to have a grasp on the shiftworkings but the server did do a great job and got us the kids meals before our own to keep them placated. I'd wait a couplemonths for improvements before going there again. I do wish them well. The last Irish pub there wasn't really any better."

"I waited several minutes to even get an acknowledgement of my presence at the register to place an order; no apology was given. The woman who took my order was unfriendly, robotic, and argumentative. I questioned an item that was on the menu board at a lower price than what she rang on register. She made me point it out to her several times and ultimately did not care and told me it would be the higher amount because that's what the register said. I asked her to at least agree that it was wrong on the board so she could change it for future customers; she would not. I explained that although the food was great, this was not my first issue with this person or with my orders and she was making it hard for me to return based on the service alone. Her look of disdain said it all. This is far from my first issue at this location and I never leave without closely checking my order which has been wrong many times (although not recently). I am very unlikely to ever give them my business which up until this point was almost weekly for the last 3 years. Go for the food but check your order and check your expectation for good customer service at the door."
