"I had gone through DT today, 10/12/2021, and encountered such a kind and caring soul at the window. Her name is Katy. I was having some issues, none on her part, it was entirely my fault. I've worked fast-food on and off for 8 years, I know how exhausting the window can be, and how customers can get and sometimes it's impossible to be able to do a lot of things because of rules. So when I presented her my problem, I wasn't expecting her to go then length she did to fulfill my order. As I drove off, I got teary eyed. She made my morning, as I just dropped my 3 year old off at preschool and was very tired.Thank you again Katy! Keep doing what you're doing."
