"I had such a wonderful lunch here! The food is amazing and pricing very reasonable. I was impressed with not just the appearance of the dish's presentation but the flavor as well! The staff were courteous and welcoming. I have even returned several times to try different dishes. Their endless lunch buffet priced at $10.99 included a multitude of dishes like enchiladas, beef chicken tacos, steak alambre, and more! I will continue to stop here whenever possible. Definitely feels like home when I'm here!"

"We rolled into town not knowing where to eat and found this gem! Haze Smokehouse is fantastic! Upon entering we immediately noticed how clean it was. Next we were greeted by Josh behind the bar with a great big smile. It was a warm and welcoming feeling. We started with REAL rib tips. My boyfriend ordered the sampler plate for dinner and was NOT disappointed! An unbelievable amount of food and every morsel was delicious! I had the pulled pork Sammie piled HIGH! We definitely needed a to go box. Haze has a wonderful assortment of delicious sauces to try along side of each bite. Yummy cornbread too. Don't let me forget about the peanut butter pie for dessert, pure bliss. Awesome blues music playing, full service bar, large outdoor patio too. BBQ, bourbon and blues says it all. This place comes highly recommended"

"We eat at least once every two months at Denny. We eat every Thursday and turn between our favorite restaurants. Yesterday was my choice and chose Dennys. Love the moon over my hammy and the boys both had the Santa Fe Skillet. Great food! The waitress was great! And of course the joy that is Ray <3 But the best part.... Nachos! Denny has the best! We're always coming. My only complaint... Fox News on TV"

"Spinat Dip was delicious as the salmon was the Mediterranean flatbread. I expected a pizza like a dish when I ordered it, but got a flatbread sandwich instead, it was really good so it wasn't important. The wine selection is definitely not the best. To wear a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc for such a beautiful restaurant is really strange. I tried a few different whites until I found one I could drink so that was very helpful. Service was definitely an excellent one! Both the bartender server. Five dollar burgers on Wednesday are super good. Ordered the asparagus as one side it was over boiled skin. The tuna bowl was good, so are the tuna nachos, but I would rather have roasted Winton chips over Stale Tortilla chips."

"While we were on the road feeling hungry and thirsty, we were fortunate to stumble upon this restaurant. The food was delicious and the server was very nice. It is always a good sign when police officers frequent a restaurant, and this one did not disappoint. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5."

"2 words massive burrito! It's like Chipotle but so much better. Period! There's something for everyone and options to suit the pickiest people. The hot salsa isn't screaming hot. Was told it was 7 out of 10 closer to a 6-10 but still good. The barbacoa was perfect the counter employee was great. They didn't have the big tortillas for the massive burrito but he asked if it was ok to sub smaller to make the burrito correctly. That's a big plus. Overall experience was good prices hit perfectly for the size of the portions. Great little place to check out in Lasalle."

"Delicious. The pizza was phenomenal. At first I didn't even believe it was gluten free. Let's be real. Perfectly crunchy without the weird doughy texture. The vegetables were actually perfectly sliced and not slimy. I wish they would have added a little bit more nutritional yeast and cashew cheese but otherwise it was literally perfect. The smoothie was also delicious. I got the mango with almond milk .It's sad that there's literally no other vegan places around here. I had to travel 38 minutes from Starved Rock but it was totally worth it. Very kind owners and honestly everything in there is delicious. I did not get sick and I am gluten-free and vegan. Thank you so much for providing health and wellness, especially with local products. We need more of people like this. Not everyone wants to consume greasy food after a nice hike. Namaste.Side note:child friendly and super dang clean."

"Wonderful, unique crepe options, inviting atmosphere, and friendly staff. The coffee was delicious. Our order: a spicy mushroom, chicken and white wine sauce Crepe for my wife, a lemon crumbled and powdered sugar crepe for me, and to share a banana crepe with dark chocolate fudge sauce for us; Raspberry white chocolate latte and a caramel Macchiato. It was so hard to decide, because all the options looked great. We also have a raspberry peach jam and a cranberry, orange and white chocolate biscotti to go home. Very recommended. We just went through, but would like to go back when it works."

"House of Hunan was very nicely furnished outside for the holiday season, it was clean and very welcoming. The building was very handicap accessible with a very nice ramp makes wheelchair friendly, but there was not much for disabled parking. The interior was clean and easy to navigate. But the person we first met was a woman who led us where we were sitting, but she seemed distracted and simply held flags her hand on the back of the restaurant, so we went where she then showed them a little rudely we sat at a larger table than we needed. This seemed to be the norm because the people who worked there were not the kindest, but they were okay. Some of the dishes on the buffet were not the warmest or freshest, but then there were other things that were hot and fresh and constantly refilled. They had a very nice selection of foods and choices. You had a very unique taco from which my daughter was crazy. My family wants to go back at a time when there is no vacation time to see if the food is fresher and the service is better."

"Just found out they had the quik chik chicken my husband was so excited to try something from his childhood once again I bein a vegetarian i ordered fries coleslaw the lady answering the phone was very pleasant upon walking in the man behind the bar was very nice I got my order drove 20 minutes home grabbed my first French fri omg it was still hot not warm but hot I can order from places less than a block away from me fries are warm at best so to drive 20min have hot fries is awesome time management on the cooks part he or she's a keeper.. now for the chicken my husband loved it not greasy yet juicy and tender hot which made him glad he got a half over a quarter so he could have awesome left overs he loved the coleslaw everything about it I loved the juice its like a sweet kfc juice lots of it omg so good i can drink it absolutely loved it .the texture is more on the minced side I prefer more chopped but thats just personal prefance that delicious juice i didn't really care i ate almost the whole pint in one sitting.. We will definitely order this again the awesome hot food the very friendly service is the reason why cause the two go together to make a good meal great .."

"We went here while on vacation. What a great find! Such amazing food. We had Alambre, Bistec and a plate with chicken, chorizo with a cheese sauce based on the waitress' recommendation, it was incredible! Waitress was very nice. Unfortunately too full to try any desserts. Over all a great experience."

"Well, it took 15 mins to get out drinks. I ordered a paloma. Instead I got a cosmopolitan. 10 mins later our food comes?I had ordered their $45 steak. Both of the dishes we ordered came with soup and salad. We didn?t get the soup/salad. Server comes toask if we got our soup/salad, we tell her no. She proceeds to say the kitchen messed up. She goes to get our soup/salad. Wedrink our drinks and eat the food. We are all almost done, when a woman comes over to our table stating she is the owner. Sheapologizes for the soup/salad mix up in the kitchen; ?the kitchen likes to get trashed at closing? so orders get mixed up. Wetell her it?s ok but we want our check. But no, she insists on getting the salad and the soup ?this is my restaurant and I wouldnot want you two to have a bad experience? So, off she went into the kitchen?.. We finish our drinks. The infamous salad andsoup still missing. The server drops off the check. We want to pay and leave. The total was a $69.80, we put a $100 down. Servercame to pick it up. Then we watched the server and the owner at the bar be oblivious to us. They chatted with the guests at thebar. The other servers/workers had sat down and were socializing with what I assume are regulars. Finally after 20 mins we gotour change. We tipped 15% and left. In conclusion, unless you know any of the owners or workers personally, expect a lacklusterdinning experience. Please spend your hard earned money at a nice place?like Burger King."

"Probably the closest I’ll ever get to my Florida Chinese take-out. Tastes way better than any other restaurant I’ve tasted since moving up north. Need a little more flavor in their fried rice but my opinion though. Delivery guy is very nice and respectful! Always smiling and seems like he’s always having a good day.
