"Two pizzas ordered. First info was that delivered in 45 minutes. After 20 minutes it was informed by e-mail that it will only be delivered in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Two hours after the order, the pizzas were finally there. Unfortunately, the coating started 5 cm from the edge, so much dry edge. BBQ sauce was significantly sharper than usual, almost not edible. Unfortunately very disappointing after we were always satisfied. If much stress is perhaps simply not to accept orders more than to let customers wait forever."
