"Was on the road from the Savannah, Georgia area and became enormously hungry. The problem of taking the road less traveled as I want is that most places nearby early or are few and far in between. I saw this place at 10 minutes to 10 a.m. (they are closed at 10 a.m.) and I threw it in their parking space without losing a second. I expected the acidic facial expression and an audible sigh when I came in as I was sure the staff were not ready to clean themselves and go home. But to my surprise, both young ladies welcomed me kindly, and took my order with a smile, initiated a friendly conversation with me, and when my Cheeseburger appeared (handmade bungalow from scratches and one of the best burgers I had on this planet in my 40 years) I was told to take my time and enjoy because they had something to do and they would take a while. As a southern boy from Georgia, I was blown away from her kindness and hospitality under the circumstances. If you ever find yourself in this area (one of the most beautiful streets I'm "before, and I was almost all the lower 48 states), you owe it to yourself to stop making a friend and on some of the best cooking throughout the northwest! Tell them the guy from Savannah, Georgia sent you!"
