"My daughter and I have gone there the last two year's for my birthday. I have had set up luncheons there with my friends, my wife and I have stopped to eat there several times. Except for waiting for a table when it's busy we have enjoyed the different variety of meals, the majority of the waitresses are friendly, courteous efficient. Like any restaurant you may experience a meal not to your standard advise the waitress but give the restaurant another chance then make your decision"

"today our first time was eating in the perkos in madera with our family! we had such an amazing experience and loved eating, which means that it is great cooks making her eat! instantly they can say that an amazing family owns it and loves it job there! our server was chris, he was by far one of the best server I have ever experienced, it has made our time there any worth! "I'm a Canadian truck driver. I was broken down on the side of the highway, and I called every pizza place in town and heard every reason possible as to why no one would help me. I was nearly out of water and had already been sitting for 4 hours and had at least another 2 or 3 more hours to wait. These folks were the only place willing to help me.These people have my utmost respect. Support businesses that have morals and a kind heart. "Behaved the night in Madera and tried this place and WOW! I was sooo impressed! It is definitely a hole in the wall type of space as I was alittle skeptical from the view of the place from the outside, but so it is worth it!! I tried the Cajun Pasta and the Mozzarella sticks and everything was so good! I loved the pasta and it is also a big part! You can say they are short staff, so the customer service was fine, but the lady did their best! If you grab your patience, I would definitely recommend trying this place!"

"House made Lasagna is delicious and filling. Very nice notes of fresh tomato and basil in the sauce. Seemed very freshly made. Pork was good in the dish too. Lobster Risotto was very good with chunk of Lobster in the risotto. Came with lemon and drawn butter. Nicely cooked carrots and greens on the side. PB Jelly Duck appetizer is a winner. Dare I call them duck sliders? I miss places like this. Need to come here more often. Good job Vineyard! Thanks for a great dinner."

"This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review of a fast food restaurant. The Famous Star Combo was absolutely delicious! The salad was freshly made and the onions were crispy and flavorful. The Oreo Milkshake was perfectly topped with whipped cream. All I can say is that Carl's Jr. definitely delivered the food just as it is shown in their commercials. Well done! The restaurant is located at 301 S Madera Ave, Madera, CA."

"A great addition to Madera's breakfast options. (I didn't review their other meal entrees) The Waffle Spot restaurant was refurbished after the prior business closed. So it's friendly and familiar yet newly painted and upgraded. Fresh pancakes always seem to taste better at a restaurant. My taste buds were saying it's time for pancakes so my destination was the Waffle Spot. With a side of bacon along with good tasting coffee, I came away well-fed and satisfied. Whether you're looking for a wide selection of waffles, French Toast or pancakes, give the Waffle Spot a visit."

"This place is a great find in the central valley. They have a regular beer list, and rotating beer list. There were some really delicious beers on tap. We were really impressed with the Tioga-sequioa Half Dome beer, it was absolutely delicious. The staff was efficient and welcoming; Kristen was wonderful, friendly, and helpful.As for food, they have daily specials as well as a regular menu. I had the spicy chicken sliders special. Quite spicy and delicious. The calzone was well made, stuffed full of meats asks cheese, and the chicken parmesan sandwich was perfection (great marinara). We also indulged in the bacon cheese fries- highly recommended. Please stop here if you're driving through, and if you live in this town, I kinda envy you. We stopped for lunch on a road trip, and we did not really rush out. So many roadside stops are mediocre, at best, but this place is fantastic. We will plan our future stops here when we are traveling to southern California. And I really have come back for the pretzel bites, as we didn't get it this time."

"Newly opened restaurant. I never had Mediterranean food before. This was my first time and I was not disappointed! I ordered the Lamb wrap, wrapped in fresh house made pita. It is stuffed with grilled onions, grilled red and green bell peppers, lettuce and tomato. Very delicious the lamb was cooked to perfection, very juicy and tender. My girlfriend ordered the Chicken Plate which comes with a rice pilaf and a side salad, and a side of pita bread. Chicken was cooked perfectly, so juicy. I also traveled over here from Oregon. I was on a road trip and I decided to stop by. Like I said I was not dissapointed. I always appreciate a local, and newly opened food business. Will definitely be coming back here if I ever get the chance again!"

"We have been here before. Ingive high marks for the breakfast burritos and the Cadillac margaritas are exceptional. Came over with my wife and another couple. Friday night about 4:30. Figured on stopping in early so not to deal with a lot of people. A few at the table ordered a chil relleno plate. Started with a round of Cadillac margs, and chips, salsa and guacamole. Very enjoyable. The server was very nice. The time to get the food took way longer than needed considering the small number of people in the place. The Chile relleno plates appeared smaller in portion than usual, both the girls have ordered before, and both noticed that right away. I ordered the teriyaki ribeye steak sandwich and fries. That was a big mistake. Way overcooked and tough. I could not finish it and asked to have it taken off the bill. Took so long to get the food to begin with, I did not order anything else. The atmosphere is casual, and cafeteria style. The people here are very nice. That's it!"

"I would review our visit 5 stars, but the way they treat our complaints, which automatically brought it to a 1. they really need to update their loudspeaker system. they decided to argue instead of recognizing a simple error at both ends. she heard something different when we had ordered us and we heard something else than she repeated our order back. they explained that the owner was the one who had refused to do it right. Just remember that it is always easier to lose a customer than to win a customer. Today you lost one."
