"We catered our party through Saigon Xua. Instead of ordering per tray items like many other to go places, Phillip, very friendly guy, suggested we tell them how many guests we had. He and the chef put together a menu for us. We had 50 guest but I tell ya the food was enough to feed 75+ guests. It was pricey but well worth it. They offered free delivery! Although they were 10 minutes late, still good in my books for Asian time. Yet the guests haven't arrived...Phillip personally helped me set up the trays quickly. A real plus for me being the only there. We had the grilled shrimp mango rolls (what they're known for, a huge hit with the crowd), black pepper ragu (another hit with the drunk peeps, whew I thought for a second it wasn't), nui Xao tender beef strips (kids and adults enjoyed them alike), grilled shrimp salad, gia xe phay goi, and combination stir fry noodle (must have at every party). Everything was tasty and delicious. It had people asking me where I got all this food. And to sweeten the deal, the chef added 50 refreshing coconut jello cups with real coconut slices in it for dessert. FREE of charge. Btw the chef is Phillip's sweet mom. I definitely would catered here again and will have to try some of their other dishes. Sorry I didn't take any pictures, just videos of the endless food trays and somehow it won't let me access the videos to upload for all of you to over!"

"We went on a Sunday right when they opened up at 11 am and there was no wait. However, I noticed there were a good amount of online orders already as we were placing our orders at the self service kiosk up front. It was pretty loud inside despite us being the only customers since the restaurant since there was loud EDM music playing overhead. The food came out relatively fast and the portions itself were decently sized. There were 3 half cut sandwiches surrounded by waffle fries. It came with garlic aioli and ketchup packets for the fries to dip with. It would have been nice if the sauce provided was just normal ranch dressing instead of garlic aioli because the garlic aioli was a bit overwhelming in flavor on top of the already flavorful sandwiches. The rosemary katsu sandwich was tasty. I liked the fact you can choose the type of meat you wanted (chicken or pork). I thought the berry sauce chosen to accompany the sandwich was a pretty bold flavor but it didn't negatively impact the overall taste of the sandwich. Maybe just normal mayo would have sufficed but I wanted to try something new. For the portobello katsu sandwich, I thought it was pretty disappointing which is partially my fault. I didn't fully read the entirety of the ingredients contained in the sandwich. It's basically a vegetarian friendly sandwich. I'm over here thinking it comes with chicken or pork katsu WITH portobello mushroom. It would have helped a little bit if on the menu there was a little mark (V) or leaf emoji or something of that sort indicating it's vegan/vegetarian friendly. The flavors of the sandwich itself were nice but I couldn't taste the mushroom at all.I would probably come back again just for the rosemary katsu sandwich since that's to only sandwich that's worth the price point of $13."
