"Sadly, the food has really gone downhill. The food we ordered today was very bland, small portions and overpriced. The samosas were mushy and bland- the worst I have had anywhere. The biryani was a ridiculous price for almost nothing but bland slightly flavored rice- almost no meat, vegetables, spices, raisins nothing! I sometimes feel that they send out subpar food for delivery or takeout and the food is better when you eat there because you can complain or send it back and.they don’t care about the quality if you are going to eat it at home. I would not recommend."

"I ordered take out one time and I was disappointed that my food wasn 't good at all.. loaded potatoe barely had any of the loaded part... it was in a tiny black cup and the steak wasn 't cooked how I ordered it either. I gave this restaurant another chance and let me just say that the dine in experience is much better than take out! I 've been back twice since. My servers on both occasions were great!! As busy as they were especially being short staffed they still made sure to check on us and offer that delicious bread and butter. The food was perfect as well! Great customer service and food will always be a win win!"

"This is your typical Minnesota sports bar/restaurant: lots of TVs tuned to different sports, an extensive drinks menu with the brews heavily oriented to local brands, and the usual comfort food. We had excellent service (thanks, David), so laid out a big tip on $50.17 bill. We started with two appetizers, the walleye strips and Cajun onion rings. The walleye was moist and lightly breaded, the onion rings a welcome variation on a dish we've had hundreds of times. For the main, we shared the featured patty melt, or Smokehouse Stacker. This we really enjoyed, and one serving was more than enough for two reasonably hungry adults. We do wish that there had been a broader range of beers available. Some cerveza options would be welcome. Parking: You can drop your party off at the door, and it is sheltered from bad weather."

"The El pastor tacos I had were some of the best I've ever had, my wife had a chicken taco and she enjoyed it very much. The chips and salsa we're good not exemplary. Service was very good and the food arrived pretty quickly and nice and hot. Very good selection of tequilas. Margarita's we're fairly priced and many different options. Prices were very good, and we will be at back to try other menu items."

"This was the first time in a long time ordering from Pizza Hut.. I order my food, give my card info, the gal from Pizza Hut hung up right after I gave my card info.. didn’t say nothing. Just click! So I call back, they put me through to the actual store. Evidently when you order, it goes to Texas- that’s what I was told) so I tell both people what happened at this time I’m talking to the store cashier and she assures me that my order was there, but I hadn’t paid for it. I said well the gal in Texas) took my card info! So I give the store cashier my card info and she says it was declined.. weird, cuz I just got paid. She tells me to check my online banking. I hang up look up my online banking, and not only was I charged, but twice! So I call back again put through to the store. She says to bring in my phone and show her. I bring it in, show her, she gets store manager.. the store manager then looks in computer, finds that it was paid on one and then another receipt says owed balance. She tells me she’s sorry and that 2nd charge “should” come off my account in 3-5 days.. otherwise if not I’ll have to contact them, maybe get my bank involved etc.. ok. Then we get home and on top of all that, one of the pizzas were incorrect. No stuffed crust. Really?"

"Let me just say!! This is definitely one of the best Mexican food I had in time. This is located in Maplewood Village and it is much better than the other place. It needs to come for food as it is extremely fresh what I love. I'm just thinking that I want another enchiladas, which by the way was the green sauce so damn good and the tortilla was so good the crab meat was so delicious. I definitely go back with my friend. We love this place. My friend had the 3 steak soft taco, she said they taste like the sky. Lol"

"the janitor, treated our eating without washing the hands, the manager was so dirty to deal with food and then tried to spend spoons without a glove. the housemaster tried to sneak, how much of every ingredient I wanted. Last time I checked what the customer wanted, and then the boldness had to act as if she wanted to smoke when I pressed how rude she was. please turn off the load, pick up a secret load. there are nicer people who need jobs. the food was refilled!"

"We celebrated our son 's birthday here and it was an evening full of surprises! Each dish from the charred caesar salad to the beef and pork skewers and Tuna Crudo was an absolute experience, an explosion of tastes and textures. Each creation came one after another to our table in a tantalizing parade of delights. At one point our friend Amy said she was experiencing Food Bliss and I couldn 't have put it better myself! Patricia, our waitress, was very knowledgeable about the wine and cocktails and aided us to navigate the extensive beverage list. Each cocktail was an experience in itself and paired very nicely with our appetizers, small plates, and entrees effortlessly throughout the meal. Chris 's hospitality is unrivaled! He took the time to chat with us and make us feel like family. He immediately poured us a fantastic sparkling wine so we would start the celebration off on the right foot. It was an evening to remember! If you have someone special you want to treat, this is the place to go. With Adam, the chef, creating magic on the grill and Chris providing hospitality second to none, Elmwood is a gem that would make any city shine. We are so very lucky to have a restaurant like this in St. Louis. P.S. THEY HAVE PIZZA!?! As well as the fine dining menu that we enjoyed there is a full pizza restaurant called Pizza Champ! While we didn 't partake in the pizza this time we will definitely be back to see what Adam does to elevate everyones favorite food. We have our eyes on the Taco Pizza!"

"Excellent brunching place on Sunday. Eating is phenomenal, drinks are not too hard-handed, and the staff is always pleasant and sociable. Get some of your best friends and chill either at the bar or at a table."

"I had the chicken and California roll, gluten free of course. It is so good. Last time I was there I had a spring roll with homemade sauce and that was just as good. I had the homemade sauce again today with the Cali roll and was excellent. The has such a wonderful flavor of chicken through out. My hubby had the beef and he absolutely loves it. I highly recommend this place for gluten free enthusiasts and anyone that loves . I have been back a few more times since my first review and its still just as good as the first time. If you haven't been here yet, you need to go."

"I'm new to the area and noticed this restaurant when I drove by. I looked it up and was so excited by the menu and rave reviews. I love the extensive vegetarian sushi options. The rolls I got were fantastic(BB roll and sweet potato tempura) and I can't wait to go back and try ramen! Only problem was my rolls kept falling apart and usually never have issues."

"I finally got to try Yellow Rose after seeing their posts since they opened. The bakery is cute and was very crowded when I went. It is in a cluster of stores in a residential area. I tried the donuts, poptart, and cinnamon roll. The items had a homemade vibe as opposed to a commercial bakery feel. For a lot of people, this is appealing. I was most looking forward to the doughnuts, but I was slightly disappointed and wouldn't go back for them. They would be better if they were less greasy, less heavy, and did not taste like nutmeg (especially doesn't go well with chocolate IMO). Not sure why vegan places like to put nutmeg in doughnut dough (Dotties in Philly has the same issue). I consider this a homemade style doughnut, and again I'm sure there are many fans of this style. The poptart pastry was very thick and I didn't love the taste of the big blob of strawberry jam, but overall, it was fine, just surprising that they'd go with such thick slabs of pastry. The cinnamon roll was okay reminded me of my own attempts at making them. Tastes okay but doesn't really achieve that appealing dough texture. It's hard to make really good vegan enriched yeast dough. On a positive note, all of the glazes/icings on the items were great. Overall, the dough/pastry recipes could use a bit of refinement perhaps. The stuff is okay to good according to my very particular preferences, but I definitely recommend everyone try the baked goods for themselves because lots of other people seem to love it. It just wasn't for me. Updated from previous review on 2022 02 07"

"Seems like a popular working spot. The most important part the coffee is good. The atmosphere is definitely different than the previous place. Feels like it's making an effort to be community oriented, but for me the feeling just isn't there like it was before. The pastries would be the way to go because get the sense there may be a limited kitchen like many coffee shops. Overall miss the somewhat more eclectic vibe that once was."

"I have been here a couple of times recently with my son and both times was a great experience. The first time I ordered a large garden veggie and added pepperoni and Italian sausage. Very delicious. I could tell despite adding the extra toppings that theplain garden veggie pizza is very tasty here. The second time I ordered an extra large pepperoni with extra pepperoni and extracheese. Absolutely nailed it. My only complaint is that they could a better job wrapping the pizza so that it is fully closedand not partially open on one side."

"My 11-year-old daughter and I went to this restaurant for Mother's Day and had a fantastic time! The staff was extremely friendly and enhanced our experience. It seemed like we arrived during the cats' nap time, but they still let us show them some love. We will definitely be returning!"

"Pros: wings were cooked well and they have a wide range of sauces to choose from. Cons: service was slow (even though there was only one other table here when we arrived), our order was delivered incorrectly and we had to talk to them twice to get it corrected. We ordered sides of fries and onion rings. The fries were overly salted to the point of not being eatable, and were like warm at best. Drinks were expensive and two of the 6 were needing to be replaced. For the price, we expected higher quality food and service. The wait staff were a little off putting as well too much attitude."
