"It's hard to find really good grill in Indiana. Trax supplies with its low and slowly smoked meats cooked over Hickory wood. Our favorites are the bride, drawn pigs and sausages. The sides are at the same level with their meat, and all made in the house as there are several varieties of barbecue sauce. We love the Dill Pickles and the hush puppies especially. I wasn't brave enough to try this year's Smashburger, who is two beef patties, pork, brisket, Pimento cheese, Slav and T.o.p. on a Brioche beer. The food is really good, but what makes this place special is April. She is friendly, friendly and always on things. The only reason I didn't give them 5 is because they don't have cornuggets?.
