"Service was great. They had enough help to keep things running smoothly. The pizza was exceptional fresh ingredients, freshly made unlike anything you’re used to, such as a dominoes style pizza. If you like dominoes you will not like this pizza it has actual flavor and real cheese that you can taste with real seasoning. Fresh dough not frozen like dominoes and most other pizza places. It makes a huge difference when it’s fresh. I was surprised Just like the Rosati’s in my Chicago neighborhood. All items on the menu are just as exceptional."

"This is my third time visiting Urban grill. The first time I had a great experience the owner came to our table and was very accommodating and kind. The food was good I had the fish special that day, and my husband had the fish and chips. The second time I got the fish and chips pretty yummy, though I thought both the fish and fries could use more salt. The service was decent. This third time the service was horrible. I asked for a replacement for the sides as I have allergies to ingredients in both, and the server rudely barked, You don 't like either of the sides?! Also, my friend asked for Tito 's vodka in one of the drinks, and the server said she couldn 't specify a vodka. She honestly seemed annoyed with having to serve us. I had the filet, and each person in the group I was with had different items but agreed with me that the food was mediocre. I won 't be back."

"Kids love this place. The sandwiches, nuggets and fries are good. But lunch time is a madhouse My daughter called in an order. When I arrived, I asked about the order, and they said they had not received it. After verifying I was at the right location, verifying that the order was reported as complete, they still could not find my order. Long story short, they abbreviated the name on the order and the clerks did not recognize the abbreviation. The food was there the whole time. Lunch and dinner rush are crazy."

"I took my mom here for Mother?s Day lunch on Friday, May 6. The food is normally excellent in past dining experiences at Rick?s Chophouse. This dining experience was not. I had gotten food poisoning from the raw oysters and was sick until Sunday. My momwho is elderly has been sick from eating the crab dip. If we do return, we will never eat seafood here. Very disappointed withRick?s seafood quality. Terrible dining experience celebrating Mother?s Day."

"the food was overwhelming. weeping was a bit extreme. would have bought three bottles of wine for the three glasses I had. waitstaff was super friendly and very personal, but something busy, and there were times when we waited a few minutes to get back. platz was half full, so the staff was perhaps challenging for a Monday. great concept, but I wouldn't go back in the face of value vs cost."

"First time ever eating brisket so I can say I enjoyed it. Hutchinson has a great atmosphere and plenty of space. It was starting to get busy as I was leaving and I can understand why. The employees were very helpful and understanding of it being my first time. Ribs tender meat just fell off the bone. "Husband and I stopped in for a quick bite while running errands, figuring we’d try somewhere new we hadn’t been. Oh my goodness, the Salt and Pepper Shrimp appetizer was HEAVEN and the 2 orders of sushi were amazing. The staff was so friendly and personable, too. So glad we stopped here on a whim! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!"

"I was excited to try this restaurant since my kids were raving about it! Food was good, but service not. Besides having to ask the waitress for clean silverware, we literally had to pile up dirty dishes at the edge of the table to have them removed! And without even asking if we were done with the bread, she took the basket away with bread still in it while we were waiting for our main course! The main course took literally one hour to arrive! And with a child at the table one hour to wait for food is a pretty long wait! We waited 50 minutes before anyone even came to inform us it would be a few more minutes! They took 2 cocktails off the bill for the inconvenience! I eat out a lot, but not sure I will return!"

"My husband I came here for some dessert during our date night. I ordered the Hot Cake and my husband ordered the Smooth Operator. We ordered to eat there, because we were on a date night. There ended up being no where to sit, so we took it to go. The workers were okay, not talkative or nice, but not necessarily rude. The Hot Cake pie was not good. It was not warmed up and it just tasted bleh... I took one bite and decided it’s not worth eating. It really needs to be served warm. The Smooth Operator is VERY rich. If you are not completely in love with overwhelming chocolate flavor, don’t order this. We both could not eat this one either. I overall had a not great experience and I would rather just go get pie from Sprouts and call it a night."

"4.5 stars: Cute, little, counter order spot in McKinney. Looks like they do a good take out business. Their dinning room is a good size for their location. Everyone enjoyed their food and was full by the end of dinner. A little more wine in the chicken Marsala sauce and a little longer in the oven for the spinach calzone to make sure it’s hot all the way through. The Angel hair pasta with mushroom sauce was tasty. Good service and friendly staff."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! I'm not sure what played a factor here racism or just plain rude and no people skills or no care given for human life. I went to eat here with my wife to try something new. The worst mistake of my life. The servers were rude. Our waitress didn't even smile one time barely said hi. She disappeared for a long time not even apologizing. And NEVER asked us for a refill. I saw the manager and others say hi and talk to everyone else but us like I said not sure if it was a racial factor but it sure felt like it. The check was literally almost thrown to me from behind. And when we were leaving that's when I saw some of them smile as in glad we were leaving. NEVER NEVER going here again rather starve."

"We always get our food with vegetables instead of pasta, and it's really good. It's one of our regular go-tos for take-out. My favorites are the Chicken Picate and the Chicken Diane. I love their house salad, too. The Italian dressing is the red kind tastes so good."
