"The ribs are amazing. They have some of the best fish I’ve ever had, and of course, the bbq is awesome. On top of the restaurant, Deep South has a catering service and did the food for my wedding 5 years ago and we still recommend them to family and friends for events. After 5 years, their service and food is still top notch. Food 10/10. Atmosphere 10/10. Service 9/10. Highly recommend"

"We decided to have lunch here after church and we were NOT disappointed. We started off with an order of fried dill pickles that were cooked perfectly. Then hubby ordered the lasagna, he loved it, and my daughter and I ordered the strawberry spinach salad. Let me just say, the salad was delicious! It was so fresh and huge! I will definitely be ordering this again very soon! Our waitress Casey and the other ladies waiting tables were super friendly and attentive. We can’t wait to come back and dine in again."

"Stopped on Wednesday evening. Ordered 2 McDoubles. They were ice cold. Cheese was like it just came out of the refrigerator. Bun was hard as a rock. Stopped the next night and got a deluxe chicken sandwich . It was also cold. Fries apparently had beensitting for a long time. Sandwich was thrown together and was a mess. There was no one else in line so they weren't rushed.Overall the food was terrible."

"I've eaten many Mexican amusements, but Tequila from McLeansboro is by far the best. Great Staff, the manager is brilliant and indeed good friends have become with him. With so many places to eat in McLeansboro, I have to give them the top spot, not say the others are not good places to eat. Deep South is good and Foxy's is also good It is the fact that we like Mexican food."

"finally my way forward to get a pizza forever! I had some happy Tummys Tonight! It was so good! excellent service while you wait for pizza! was often checked to make sure that I was checked on and my pizza, considering that you were packed, I was very impressed by it. I wish we lived closer or you were in orchardville lol. the price was excellent for our huge family pizza."

"The Hamco Burger: Some pulled pork and bacon placed on a homemade burger fully dressed in the middle of a perfectly cooked bun. This style of burger was extremely savory with all the different flavors and topped ingredients. It just needed a tad bit of extra sauce in a few places here and there to even the juice from the pulled pork to the dryness of the actual burger underneath. Overall though, it was a fantastic bite! 10/10 I will be eating there again when going through this small town!"
