"Drive thru employee was very rude. The person who took my order specifically told me to go to window 2. Because of the line ahead of me I ended up stopped right at the first window (where you normally pay) for a minute or so. There was a lady in thatarea but she was busy doing something else and never approached the window. I didn't think much about it since I was told to goto the other one anyway. When I got to the pick up window, the girl working there asked if I paid at the first one. I told herno, nobody came to the window, plus I was told to come to this one. Without a word, she rolled her eyes at me, snapped my debitcard out of my hand, and stomped over to a register. Then she practically threw the bag of food at me and slammed the windowshut without saying a word. No thank you or anything! I was totally shocked! Even IF I misunderstood the person who told me togo to window 2, I was stopped at the first one for a long enough time that someone could easily have taken my payment there. Theattitude like it was my fault was extremely rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for."
