"I used to love this restaurant, back when you could actually dine in. I understand having dine in closed during the height of the pandemic, but the food isn't as good in take away containers, the service is basically nothing, and the atmosphere is awful because it is dead empty, and if you're eating in you're sitting at a table eating your food out of a takeaway container, like at the food court in the mall. I miss how it used to be, back when it was a restaurant you could go to and enjoy with your family, not just another fast food place to pick up food from."

"we have eaten here several times in the course of the years and always get a great meal. because this restaurant its large brote and sandwiches it offers a limited gluten-free menu. my wife, although she is limited to salads because of her food allergies, still loves to eat here."

"now. we would not return, listen to the reasons:.1) we had high expectations and we knew that our bill would be high, first we got accepted by an rude waiter that we sneak in. we had a reservation and we sat by the host, he could have checked with his host in advance and not make us feel unwilling.2) then our food comes in. 40 minutes later to find out that my steak was overcooked and an order was grounded, salmon and vegetables were dry, we recommend the pour and garnel that were excellent cocktails too. too expensive at the end for mediocre eating. we had great business in our party so our experience was not bad overall."

"Everything was very delicious and the staff was very friendly. I had the fried fish and it came out very fast. The chips were hot and the salsa was decently spicy for a normal person. I would definitely come back. They even have a buffet which they said changes often. Look forward to coming back"

"I ordered a take out burger with onion rings for my husband after eating here. He got 5 which is at $4 almost $1 per onion rings. A charge for the burger, a charge for the cheese, a charge for lettuce and tomato. I am shocked they didn't charge for mayo also. In the end his burger and onion rings was over $15. Not worth the price. Good luck competing with diamond Jim's burgers. That's where we will be next time. My food was ok. The potato skins were the smallest I have ever seen at a restaurant. Less than 3 inches each. What happened to the Idaho potatoes."

"I get that they were busy but, the gal who took our order in the drive through could have been a bit more nice. She was extremely short, cutting my husband off mid order. Also, tried one of their gyros for the first time, YUCK! Do not recommend! Three bites and I tossed it out! I usually love Arby's but last night made me rethink if I will go to that location again."

"I just ordered a takeout and while I cannot comment on the food, I haven't left the parking lot yet, I must comment on the customer service. Jasmine answered my call to take my order and she displayed exemplary customer service. She was kind, extremely helpful and patient. I have been in the restaurant/service industry for 13 years with 10 of those as management, if she was on my team I would have her training for a higher position based on my single experience with her. I would have taken the time to speak with management myself to ensure they knew what a gem they have on their team but the restaurant was quite busy and close to closing so I didn't want to hold anyone up."

"It’s always been my go to place for Menudo, but the last two times I’ve gone, I paid $10 for a cup of harmony, there’s no meat in it! I hate to find a new place for Menudo because I love the flavor of theirs but I can put chili powder on Harmony!!!!"

"First time visit and everything was wonderful. Mike was our waiter. He was attentive and even put up with my husbands bad jokes. I had the pasta with chicken and veggies and hubby had the Creek Club, both were wonderful. You get a lot of food for the cost. Will be back with the rest of the family."

"We really enjoy Pi's. Typically, we order from the menu and opt for takeout. We recently tried the buffet, but it wasn't my favorite experience compared to others I've had. Moving forward, we’ll likely stick to the regular menu. It's definitely worth a visit—good quality and great value!"

"So glad that this place is opened again after it was closed during the closing! Eating for lunch and just going to the night that's cool when I can go for lunch, I'll call and check if they're busy because sometimes they're packed! My friend loves the ice they use, very crispy: The Thai tea is so beautiful with the little bit of cream, I had never seen anything like that before! Yummy! P.s. Your coconut curries with steamed rice are naturally gluten-free, and all their vegetables are /so/ luscious, chicken is perfect. Finally Curry!"

"Our waitress was just kind of there. She didn't really seem to bother with us but had time to chat with the other 3 men at different tables. She was in a mood so early in the day. Yikes. Not the restaurants fault. Our scrambled eggs were runny and they both almost look like small omelets but runny."

"the staff and the service were amazing. eating is for what they get, overcrowded; it is possible to price gouging is because it oil / wind land outside is midland / odessa. the house salsa was on the spot and the good news stop there. I got a $22-taco plate and I thought it was a joke. also at the bouggies taco joints most one single taco will cost $4-6 (denke velvet taco bougie prizes) that were not $4 tacos- these tacos did not even give $2 roads taco energy. the sides did not make it - extremely small parts. the taco plate comes with 3 tacos and 5-7 drenches tear and buoy. everyone in our group said that eating tasted good, it was just nothing special and not at the price point."

"I got the salmon for takeout and it was so dreadfully over cooked it was seriously inedible. They gave me a very thin piece and just butchered it. Not only was the food inedible, but when we called to express our concern, there was no solution offered. We were met with an “I’m sorry” and that was it Every other restaurant I’ve ever been to offers solutions when they mess up. I’ll never be returning to this restaurant. Service: Take out"

"Such a great experience tonight! Our server Ron was phenomenal, everyone in my group was thrilled with their food, love the new menu! The vaquero tacos are incredible! The GM, Justin, stopped at our table just to say and check. All employees seemed to work seamlessly and enjoy at the same time. 5 star experience!!"

"do not try this resteraunt slow service, really slow and cold fish. they sat at a table in the courtyard as we demanded, because in the middle of Texas the weather is not so beautiful. we have no idea we should make sure the hard sunset in West Texas. we asked to sit in the shaded part, but were denied. our waiter was really nice, but not well trained, that's the owner's fault. we noticed that others who seemed to be regular to receive good services, I guess unless their parent would try to get another resterated."
