"I was looking for another Pho place, but this one came up. Reviews were good and I decided to go there. I'm a hard fan of Pho. Street and Metered Parking 2 hours border. Only outdoor seating with sufficient heating. Your decision was to do the business. It was 5:40 pm e s t. No nonsense, but respectful lady took my order. I ordered Beef Pho. She offered tea, unlike many places, here tea came in a large cup, beautifully fragrant but warm. I asked about hot cup, it was presented immediately. It is South Vietnam cuisine, as is the name. Pho came, steaming hot, beautiful and fragrant, and the best soup spoon I've ever given. See picture. Fantastic. Since it was so hot, beef had become little hard and chew, I had much better beef and the cut was made by scissors, so the clean strips looked cut like fake meetings, looked out, not really fake. I found the crowd a little less, both noodles and meat. Nevertheless, very beautiful spicy, great broth. Will give my best review on broth. It's really good. The price is on the higher side. Well, it's COVID. I will return with my friend and partner in crime for our best Pho locations search and the second experience with our combined feedback. ANOTHER VISIT ON FEB 25 2022 Cam with my friend and it was again a pleasant experience and rated that her Pho is definitely one of the best we have experienced so far. It is not as salty as many other places tend to be. The interior seats are open and modernized. Place was packed and the cartridges waited in the queen. It was at 6:30. Her take-out counters were also very busy. Had Fresh Summer roll with shrimp, Grilled Meat Pao with pork and my favorite beef Pho. Your tea has a floral smell and taste, must have. Needless to say, all three selections were great, love of Pho and Pao was clearly pork taste. The peanut sauce was perfect for summer roll. Inconsistently, they want to circle the mosquitoes faster, felt little rushed, but it was polite and everything was good. Our meal for two was about $48 and change, somewhat north of our usual places, and justified with the quality of food and service and ambience. Strongly recommend this place, I would regularly come for a long time."

"I most like their unique take on mapo tofu, along with a nice variety of Asian dishes in a small but decorated dining area.Lately I’ve found my body is very particular about ramen and so I often don’t order it unless there is something I specifically want to try. In this case my wife wanted to try their spicy ramen which was perfect for me because I could sample it while still ordering something else. What caught my eye while searching google was one dish in their Stone Bowl section: they have a mapo tofu dish!! For anyone unfamiliar, mapo tofu is a Chinese dish usually found in Sichuan style restaurants, so I did not expect it here, in a stone bowl either. I had to try it.My verdict: I would have it again IF I was looking for their unique take. The stone bowl means that the dish sizzles enticingly for a while even after the meal comes out. It also gives the rice a singed and crispy taste, without getting stuck in my teeth which is something I’ve often experienced in some Korean restaurants. The tofu and sauce are tasty but more reminiscent of jajiang noodle sauce or some other Korean hot paste, than of the bean paste flavor I tend to expect from other mapo tofu dishes. We also tried one appetizer, their curry croquette dish. This was crispy as expected but the taste of the croquette itself, and the curry, weren’t as expected. Perhaps just not a flavor match.Last thing friendly service! It’s always appreciated."

"Always looking for a new culinary adventure and we chose Cara Mia in Milburn, NJ. Before we go, I checked the menu and the reviews. The menu is usually typical Italian favorites with some inspired restaurant unique dishes. Your daily specialties were interesting. Since this was our first experience, we decided to go with Steak Carpaccio, her Cara Mia fatuccine with shrimps, crab meat, scalions in a vodka sauce and Veal Parmigiana with angel hair. The restaurant has an outdoor weather. In the interior there are two small rooms that offer about 20 seats in each room. Our waiter, bus boy and m as manager was very friendly, attentive, friendly and professional. We gave a small plate of bruschetta and zucchini chips as soon as we sat with homemade bread. The service was timely with sufficient time between the courses. The Bruschetta was fresh while the zucchini chips were somewhat oily, but the fresh cheese made it delicious. Either you like it or not. The appetizer was Steak Carpaccio, a thin-cut fillet mignon with sprinkled provolon, herbs and oil. It was very fresh and very thin, so it melts in the mouth. Our ducks arrived in time. The Kalbsparmigiana with angel hair was a great dish. It was enough for two. It had three pieces of thin cut calfs. It wasn't too thin, but right. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce was good. The Cara Mia Fatuccine a house creation is a restaurant favorite. When it arrived, there was plenty of crab on the plate. I love crab meat and very picky. When the court arrived, I discovered a fishy aroma. It once dispersed the vodka sauce mixed with crabs and shrimps. I assume that this is meat grains and is probably an imported product. I would like to stress that the taste was good and not taken from the court. I'd rather prefer fresh lump scrap, but that would have doubled the price of the plate. For dessert we chose Tufalo and Cannoli with cappuccino. Prices are reasonable and competitive. Parking is over the street in a city. Parking is done free of charge until 6 o'clock Monday-Saturday with Sunday. This is a small family business and worth a trip when in the area. Also it is BYOB."
