"I will NEVER give them anymore of my business. I have never been so embarrassed and offended at restaurant in my life. I bought lunch for my family around 1pm here today. After we got home I realized I did not get my soursop juice and cocoa bread, so I called, and told them I would be there later. I went back around 6 with my receipt and explained to the cashier what happened. Her response was was, well how did you not notice it wasn't in your hand when you left we gave it to you, in front of everyone, as if I am a bum looking for a come up. I told her I spent $60 here today, why would I come back for $2 bread and a $3 drink if I got it earlier. She starts talking in Spanish to the other cashier, and the other cashier said oh she did I put it in the fridge. She handed me my drink and bread and apologized to me. They gave me the same drink that was made earlier. In the picture you can see that the ice melted and separated from the juice. The food and customer service has gone down tremendously."

"*Update- Unfortunately, (in my continued opinion based on my experience), the owner of Tavern 36 continues to blame me for not receiving our correct order. Instead of responding responsibly, he is threatening (as you can see below) to sue me unless I remove my review. Yet, the fact remains that when I called to inquire about where half of our orders were, he made disparaging comments about my child with special needs during our telephone conversation. I have never made accusations about his literal treatment of my child when she picked up our order. The problem was and is the comments about my child that are leaving such a horrible stain on this experience. That and the accusations and rumors that are now being spread around our town about me. I have screenshots of it all. Now I feel like my family 's safety and home are in jeopardy due to the hostility. The truth is the truth. Again, based on my experience, I would never recommend Tavern 36. Ordered my birthday dinner from Tavern 36 as we prefer to support local businesses, but this was a definite mistake. We ordered Three Steak Dinners with Baked Potatoes, side salads with Ranch, and dinner rolls. We received our steaks, a scoop of mashed potatoes, and nasty looking carrots. When I called the restaurant, the owner blamed ME for the incorrect food and LITERALLY LAUGHED THAT I SENT A CHILD WITH SPECIAL NEEDS TO PICK UP OUR DINNERS . He said that I put him in a difficult position, having to speak with her, and we should have come in to eat there. I even told him when I ordered that a teen was going to pick up our orders because I could not get up there. And, since he flat out refused to refund our money or adjust accordingly, the younger teen has now walked back to get the remainder of our dinners. I 'm seriously disappointed. When Child 2 went up there, the staff ignored her. Once she was acknowledged, the owner DOUBLED down and said, (We) should have sent someone else up here. To which she replied, She is autistic and we are helping her learn to be more independent by sending her to do tasks like this. It 's really not that hard to be kind."

"Oh my God, in the era of ChikFil-a, I don't know how they stay in business putting out this product. Got the ghost pepper wings, and the chicken tender meal, and while the wings were really good (though a couple looked like they came off some baby chickens), the tenders were....how can I put this.....SLIMY. It was one of the worst chicken experiences I've had in my life (and there has been a lot of chicken in my diet over the years). How can they stay in business serving chicken this bad? No really, I need to know? Oh and the service was bad, but it always is everywhere now, so just know that going in and you'll be fine as long as you can deal with slightly slimy, possibly undercooked, chicken. Yeah, it was bad..."

"customer service is usually quite good. I'll go there for the waffelfries. they are my favorites. the shakes test how glorified wendys friosties with whipped cream and cherry top. Once finished with the topping they are with more than $4 of what taste like a watery cup of frozen milk? regardless of what new taste it is. I'm not eating the meat now, but when I did it, it was pretty good. ok. I'm out?"

"July 2020 in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic we opted for pizza. And Pizza Hut was the place we selected. I love PIZZA HUT pizza, however this was one of the worst experiences EVER!!! 1. I called to ask about specials, the rude guy on the phone abruptly told me to check online... 2. Once my order was placed, I opted for contact less delivery, when I called the STORE, 3XS to let them.lnowni was outside, NO one answered. I had to go in despite selecting the contactless curbside delivery 3. Entered the store NO ONE was at the register to greet me or provide me with my order 4. When someone came to the front counter, I questioned the guy, I would call him gentleman, but he wasn 't gentle, about my calling the contactless delivery option, he said he was in the back Worst experience EVER!!!"

"I don't know what happened, but the baked chicken was undercooked and the side dish had so much red pepper and cayenne pepper that it was inedible. Before you leave, make sure to check your food. My daughter ordered BBQ chicken that was also undercooked, and when I went a few days later, I checked my food before leaving and found that the chicken was not properly cooked. I asked for a replacement, which was slightly better, but I had to finish cooking it in my air fryer. I will not be returning to this restaurant."

"This is a gem. It’s hard to find good food and a kid friendly atmosphere. I had the club wrap, my son had a croissant and breakfast sausage and my husband had the country fried steak breakfast. It was delicious as was their coffee. If you are ever passing through give this place a try. Kid-friendliness: They had great juice and food choices for kids. "Placed a mobile order as well as an order for munchkins at the drive-thru. Young man was confused, which is understandable, 2 orders 1 person! Received my coffee with all the sugar at the bottom of the cup! Sad that store on re either wouldn't allow me to leave a review to get a free doughnut?"

"I LOVE the food at Benito's! I would eat it several times a week if it were located in my kitchen. The fried appetizers are very light, but still filled with flavor. All of the items are fresh, even the cheese on the pizza! My favorite is the spaghetti primavera--fresh sauteed vegetables, spaghetti, and a light olive oil and garlic sauce. Their tomato sauce is incredibly flavorful and is not watery at all. I heard someone say that they make it every day fresh! They have a wide variety of drinks--frozen or not. Even though by the time dessert comes around I feel like I have had all I have eaten, I can't resist dessert. I have trouble deciding between homemade tiramisu, homemade chocolate mousse, or homemade frutta mixta (fresh berries and a samboyan creme). ITS SO TASTY! I have been going to Benito's almost since the beginning, and it definitely has improved of the past couple of years. Now it seems like it is perfect. The service is good--friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to families, couples, parties, even if you are by yourself there is a nice patio to sit at and watch people go by or read!"

"Pretty standard fare and a great small town feel. Service was a little slow for how empty the place was, but the waitress was nice. Our food was okay, and I would stick to the fried foods for your best experience. Our fries were all good, as were the shoestring onion rings. My chicken bacon ranch wrap was NOT good though, lacking flavor with an off-putting texture to the chicken and the tortilla was poorly wrapped and was falling apart. Overall, it's a small town divey feel so keep that in mind and you should be able to find something to please you."
