"The evening could have gone so much better. First we were brought another tables food. Second I received my steak and it was not cooked properly. I asked for medium and it was rare. It was taken back and my husband finished his meal before my plate was returned. Third the steak when it returned was still not cooked correctly. We were given a dessert but we still paid for a rare steak. We were also almost charged for drinks we did not order. The dessert was very dry and gave me the impression that it was either made somewhere else and frozen before serving or old and reheated. I did speak with the manager but feel like we could have been compensated so much better. Out of three visits to Central I have only had one good meal there. For the amount you pay for eating there I expect much better service and food."

"I came in yesterday with my 5 children, 6 mos 8 yrs, and the customer service was phenomenal. The manager, Robert, came to my table with a high chair and placemats, then took me to have my order placed quickly. He was a huge blessing for this tired, out of town mama visiting after a 6 hour car ride. Thank you! PS. Shortly after we received our food, two buses pulled up and the restaurant filled with teenagers. I was impressed how well the crowd was served and cared for within 30 minutes from start to end. You guys are fabulous!"

"Ordered takeout four vegan dishes, one gluten free. We called to make sure the curries and pad Thai could be made without fish sauce, and were told “yes”, if ordered with veg/tofu. Got the yellow curry, masaman, and pad thai x2. Paid extra for brown rice. Somehow we got white rice too (which went uneaten Great portion sizes, and it was still hot 40 mins later. Very good!"

"Tasty food but sort out the lighting and clean up the place !!. The place is really hidden away and you would never find it if you didnt know where to look or had GPS !!!. The food was really good, I love Thai food and I really enjoyed everything that was brought out to us. However the place needs a make over, the lights were out above us and the AC was so noisy at one point that I would rather have been warm rather than listen to the noise for much longer. They really need to sort out the place and get it looking better, as the food was wonderful and our server was very friendly"

"Great vibes. Smooth lights, feels a bit elevated. Delicious steak! The Cuban burger was also good. Fresh bread with whipped butter for free. The only reason is that this is not 5 stars because the service was somewhat slow, so if you expect that you will have no problem. It was not the waitress's fault, as she was given three tables at the same time as we were. Food was great! Appropriate price for a nice place. Very recommended!"

"Always packed and pretty fast. The iconic Customer Service of Chick-fil-A seems to be faded and tarnished at this and several other Chick-fil-As, it's just not as good as it was. It's a little disappointing. The food is still on point as is the accuracy of the order, it's just the having to ask for everything (napkins, sauce, even salt)."

"First time here, recommended by tons of people in the Chowdown Cincinnati FB page and it didn’t disappoint! Wow! I’m impressed! I ordered the “Alpine” burger which has sautéed mushrooms and onions with Swiss cheese. It was cooked perfect medium, very flavorful and juicy. The beef was the star of the show! The bun was really good. Parmesan cheese fries were delicious. The dining room is quaint, cozy and well appointed. Very inviting and the staff was super friendly. Can’t wait to come back and try other things!"

"I had just eaten here at noon and must say the food and experience was excellent. I love tasting different and unique foods and when I went into them, they had a chicken and waffle pizza. I had to try and it was delicious. The owner came by and gave me extra sauce if I wanted it for the disc. The owner Anthony Casacrino was very friendly and gave real customer service and took the time to take care of his customers. His staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also had a slice of the bruschetta pizza that was delicious. If you are a person who likes shopping local I would definitely recommend here for not only delicious people, but friendly and real customer service. We'll be back. Five stars."

"I've often used open tables and never had problems. We have booked Droad-Café by Open Table for Valentine's Day. I have a text from the open table per day or two after booking to confirm the date and time. When we showed up D Road Cafe, they said they had no record of us. They say that open tables do not communicate with them for reservations. This is a problem between the open table and the restaurant that needs to be repaired. The cartridge has no idea that they can't get a reservation."

"Making an educated guess, but I imagine this place is not doing so great. Prior to the pandemic their prices were decent—maybe slightly elevated compared to the rest of the area. But as of late, The Bagel House is rapidly and dramatically altering their prices and it's making it difficult to support them.When a simple bacon+egg+cheese cost more than working over a hour of this state's minimum wage is huge issue. Not talking about a full breakfast plate, like just a egg sandwhich. To complete your breakfast with a coffee, harsh brown, or a water is going to push your quick breakfast over $20, easily. As others pointed out, it's not a bad sandwich but it really isn't anything to preach about. Good bagel, single slice of processed American cheese, and one wimpy slice of porkroll or low quality bacon is disappointing. At that point you are better off getting a quick meal at Fairlane across the street. Listen TBH, the neighborhood wants to support you but price/quality is just not approachable.The Bagel House also seems to be consistently hiring or looking for additional help, so I imagine they have a difficult time keeping employees on staff (due to low salary). There is no labor shortage, just employers not willing to provide living wages to staff members. Speaking of staff, I will say the folks I have interacted with at TBH are always friendly, which is why I am going into this much detail.
