I have it somewhere between rare and medium-sized rare. together with the Swabian...Variation of mac and bee (cheese spet) the noodles were not made themselves, which is a bit a change for this special plate. for a house that serves steak all night, the core temperature should be correct to get standard, although it is not obvious. I had a cabernet sauvignon open wein along the bratbeef. not the best I ever had (that would be a surprise, at least) but still ok. the espresso at the end was a bit too watery for my coffee taste, but okay. price when they charge the buck, they fall short on the bang. water, wee, roast, bark and mac and cheese and an espresso ended together in total ~40€. that can be ok for what I ordered, but what I got was more in the 30€ liga"
