"I shop here quite a bit. They have wonderful prepared foods that you can pick up on your way to work, or in your way home for dinner when you don’t want to do the cooking/prepping yourself. Tons of vegan options and ingredients are usually clearly marked in the prepared foods case. It can be a bit pricy (ie $3.99 for one homemade veggie burger patty) but high quality. They also make fresh juices and smoothies. Very nice fresh produce and shelved items, too. Nice staff. They also sell essential oils, supplements and natural house cleaning items, toiletries, etc. I love having this shop in my town! My only pet peeve they regularly mark things as on sale with yellow sale stickers, indicating they are reduced prices. However, those sale stickers are used as their everyday stickers, not just for special markdowns. It 's a bit deceptive. Other than that non optimal practice, it 's a wonderful store.
