"Mixed feelings with this coffee bar: the coffees have a very good quality but the service is not good for these reasons: -Officially they don't offer table service but you see they do it to some tables. Are some clients VIP or what? -When you order the coffee and see you in a table, they still give the coffee to you in cardboard cups instead of proper cups. They should ask clients what they prefer. -You pay more for big coffee size than for standard coffee size because they"

"These are my favorite dumplings I've ever had! I can't recommend them enough. I found out about Yumpling when they had a stand at the LIC flea market during the summers, but I now get their pork chive dumplings every Friday from their food truck in Soho. The dumplings are delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked, and are filling (without being greasy)! And the owners are always extremely friendly and accommodating."

"I came here after reading a great review in the New Yorker magazine. It’s a beautiful, colorful environment, with wonderful views and huge windows overlooking the park. The many vegan options are delicious, and each item unique and distinct from each other. Peanut sauce is not something we find every day! Big beautiful wooden tables and unique seating all around. I like that it is counter service, so there is no waiting for food. Even the desserts were vegan, including a mango coconut pudding. I do wish it were open later, as of now it seems to close at 7pm."

"Fried chicken was great and friendly staff!! Ordered here online and had lunch a few times at the restaurant. They give generous portion for the lunch special. Love the boneless chicken with Korean spicy sweet chilli! Definitely will go back here."

"Nice eatery in parks av, variety of options to choose from. The dine in area is quite small but clean. The place is very noisy though due to the construction around. You order your food first, or grab the ready made meals, drinks etc then pay at the cashier and get a paid sticker on your items if you will dine in. Good option for a healthy meal.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian wrap, make your own poke bowlKid-friendliness: Cereal and oatmeal available"

"So i literally come here at least 2x a week i ordered 2 salads today online i asked for 2 dressings for each salad because when you order in person you get as little or as much dressing as you want the employee said i had to ask the owner which i did and he said if i want an extra dressing they will be $1.00 each i said fine but that was pretty stupid because $2.00 just lost you 2 customers and at about an average of $50.00 per week so that was penny wise and dollar stupid some people are just bad at business."

"Franchia is a little hidden on Park Avenue in a quieter part of town. It is also away from a saturated restaurant area. The Asian fusion restaurant offers vegan cuisine and is known for its many tea options. Reservations can be made via phone. They have three levels of seating. The first is more casual and generally seating for two. Head up the stairs for level two, which is better for groups. Finally the top floor is more intimate and private. The third floor is good for date night. There is no elevator so keep that in mind if stairs are an issue. Servers are fast with orders and trying to keep the candles lit on your table. (lol ours went out a few times) Lighting can be a bit dim to read menus. We got the vegan assortment of dumplings. This is a great way to try them all. I think the kale ones were my fav but otherwise the rest were okay. The curry hot pot was our main dish. It comes out sizzling on a stone hot plate and with a small side of rice. The presentation was cool, but didn't really care for the flavor. Meh. I'd probably try something different next time. Finally, the soy cheesecake was good. Creamy and not overly sweet. The pot of tea (got it last time I was there) is the best thing on the menu. Overall an okay vegan spot. Check out their sister restaurant Hangawai, which isn't too far away. All vegan Korean BBQ (mostly hot rice stone bowls)."

"We love this place. We have finally overcome the sadness from their move, and still cannot comprehend how builders in NYC can consider tearing down an architectonic jewel in the name of money. But they are a fantastic place and will keep coming back. It's just a little noisy inside, maybe a few chandeliers would fix the problem."

"My daughter and I found China River awhile ago when we went in to see a show, we got there minutes after opening and loved everything about it. We have been back several times since, including last week with the rest of the family . Everything is fresh and tasty. Their lunch specials are great served with chicken corn egg drop soup which was the best I've ever had.we have had the dinners too and we usually share a dish as we get the pork dumplings to start and they are yummy. My son got a pork dish and my husband got Mongolian beef which he loved. We split an orange chicken which was great. They will lighten the spice if requested. My husband and I are going again tonight, love their food, wich they were in NJ near me! Prices are pretty fair, especially for their location."

"This is my spot! I feel like their iconic, maybe to me! What stands out are the corn shelled empanadas. They are among very few restaurants here in the city that offer it. In all 5 boroughs. I think I’ve found one food truck in Queens and another restaurant that was in Jersey. I had the lunch special which was 2 empanadas with rice and beans. One empanada was ground beef and the other was the Viagra which is a shrimp empanada. Both delicious with the green and red sauces."

"From start to finish the meal was delicious. The charred octopus accompanied with crispy potatoes and herbs was tender and flavorful. I highly recommend Peekytoe crabmeat with mango on cumin crackers. Veal Milanese served with arugula and heirloom tomato salad very fresh with perfect amount of dressing. Savory NY Strip Steak with mushrooms served over asparagus is a MUST have. Our server was very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant. Try it. For sure."

"The staff, especially Nick has a very warm and inviting energy. I got the Jerk Salmon brain bowl. It was even better than I expected. The cabbage tasted really good with the salmon. Didn't know cabbage could taste like that.Paired really well my dirty chagaccino. The whole meal felt very nourishing.Plus, you can try honey samples at the bar after your meal."

"They actually ruined sweetgreen for me.I always loved sweetgreen and eaten at multiple locations. When me and my friend stopped to get salads is felt like any place but a food establishment!First of all we had to wait for staff to finish their conversation(totally ignoring the long line)to take our orders. Once they finally did, they barely paid attention because again they were just talking to each other. The three female employees were extremely unprofessional. Both of the salads were prepared very poorly, our requests were ignored, sneezed around the food and we couldn’t eat the food we had eaten many times before. Lack of manners was shocking!!!I watched one of the female employee eat off the food prep counter, looking at her phone while preparing a bowl!On top of everything bathroom was also poorly managed there were hair nets on the floor, toilet papers just thrown around. If you love sweetgreen save your money and run to another location."

"Perfect evening! Hosted business clients from Spain. They loved everything. Really felt they were getting a true NYC experience; Delicious food, attentive service at the right tempo for a work dinner, all in a beautiful, spacious dining room. Thank you to the entire team! We will all be back!"

"Staff handled the hyperactivity of Valentine’s Day dinner time with skill and courtesy. Our waiter Adrian was helpful and courteous, but was careful to remain in the background to allow us to enjoy our fabulous food. Will certainly return."
