"I love it here! The menu may seem limited but they have so many flavors available to switch things up and they'll help you pick the perfect combinations! They are really familiar with their drinks and come up with some great flavors. They have something for everyone, even if you're not a coffee drinker! On top of great drinks, the staff is top notch, very friendly and personable. Highly recommend to everyone."

"My experience at this restaurant was the worst I've had in a long time. The girl at the register was very rude and unfriendly. It was our first time there and we had to ask if we should order at the register or sit at a table. She gave us a death stare and we felt uncomfortable. We ordered our food, made a drink without ice, and sat down. After 15 minutes, she brought out chips and salsa. We noticed that the servers and cooks were not washing their hands between serving and cooking. We started feeling uneasy and watched more closely. After 20 minutes, a couple who came in after us got their food. We were getting frustrated but decided to wait patiently. The couple had issues with their food, which happened to be the same thing I had ordered. They replaced his order quickly and left the wrong item on the bar. We wondered if they would give it to us. After waiting for another 10 minutes, we realized that the salad my husband ordered had not even been started and our food ticket was not even up for the cook to see. Whether they lost our order or not, 45 minutes had passed and the couple who came in after us had already finished their meal and left. We decided to pack up and asked for a refund so we could leave. The employees were rude and tried to convince us to stay, but we insisted on leaving. They initially refused to refund our money and told us to come back the next day. After some eye-rolling and being accused of being disrespectful, we finally got them to call a manager. After a few minutes on the phone, the order was voided. I'm not sure if we will actually get a refund, but I will never go back to that place again. We went to Prime instead, where we were greeted warmly, served a cold drink, received excellent service, and enjoyed amazing food."

"The cocktails are excellent and the beer selection is always changing, making for a great experience. Some of the best performances I have seen in Newburgh have been at this restaurant. The artists are top-notch and the DJs really know how to keep the energy up in the room. Sam, who I think is the owner or manager, always makes me fantastic cocktails and remembers my preferences, impressing me every time. He definitely deserves his tips."

"I tried to edit the business as opposed to leaving a review but for some reason I couldn't. Anyway, I went to this location after drooling over the fried shrimp pictures on their yelp page. I will say when I walked in the place smellled AMAZING and the people there were friendly but then they told me that they don't accept cards, cash only. For me that's the kiss of death. I never have cash avoid ATM's like the plague. So we left. With no food. I will get back here one day because good soul food is too hard to find and I don't want to miss out on what could be a good thing but cash only is a bummer."

"Lamb over rice is great; red sauce has a nice kick, white sauce is creamy and comforting, the salad is fresh, lamb is tender and flavorful, and the rice is just right; seasoned and tender, but not mushy; not sticky, not greasy. "My husband and daughter were very excited to eat here but left immediately when we were openly and unabashedly discriminated against by the staff. Some context: my family is extremely tall. My husband is 7’ and my daughter is in the 150th percentile for height at her age. When they asked for an adult meal and a child’s meal, they told my daughter that “she is too tall to receive the children’s price.” Not that she was too old, but that any child over a certain height would be charged more. When my husband pointed out that he is seven feet tall and that our duaghter got her height from him, they acknowledged and confirmed that tall children would be charged more. They asked if adults would have to pay more for being tall and they said that only tall children are charged extra. Again, just to be clear, my daughter was charged extra for being tall. They did not question her age or ask to see verification. They were comfortable telling them in no uncertain terms that they charge children extra if they are tall. I am disgusted, disappointed, and disheartened."
