"Great atmosphere. Great service. Had all you can eat shrimp. Daughter had kids fried fish. We are just getting her to eat fish, she's 8. It was not good. That didn't help our cause. "After a few visits I decided to offer a review. I really like the food and atmosphere. The service is generally very good but you can get forgotten about if it starts to get a little busier. This off the beaten track restaurant, was a nice surprise. Don't let the surrounding shopping center fool you, the restaurant is very clean, friendly and has great food!"

"This Burger King was one of my first jobs 26 years ago. Good food, one of the cleanest Burger Kings I've ever visited, the bathrooms are always clean. The evening shift manager is one of the best individuals I have ever worked with. She is a very hard worker who still leads in the evening shift, for example with kindness, loyalty and hard work. She is a unique person who makes a difference in other life by being only her real hard-working self. If you never enjoyed a meal in me, I suggest. Good environment, good food, good service."

I understand that the fast food industry is facing challenges with understaffing and low wages at the moment, but I would have been willing to wait longer if my order had been correct. I ordered kids meals for my grandchildren, but they did not receive their toys, which upset them. Additionally, I ordered food for myself and five others, but my own meal was missing, so I ended up not being able to eat dinner with my family. Delivery service: Service"

"This was our first time here. It was an impromptu stop as plans had been to hike one of the many trails at New River Gorge National Park. The weather has turned cold and rainy. Son and daughter-in-law thought this would be a great alternative and made a reservation for a lane. It was very entertaining and fun to watch a cross section of people enjoy a Saturday afternoon with family and friends. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We ordered a large pizza, nachos and stuffed potato skins. Everything tasted great and was delivered quickly to our lane. It was a great afternoon for our family. We look forward to returning."

"Normally I like it here. The food is good. The prices are pretty reasonable and we were seated pretty quickly for being busy.Today was weird. They were busy and full so I let it go when the server rushed to get our drink order. She wasn't very pleasant but not meanor nasty. Just neutralish bc in a rush. Forgiven for that one, I get it. For real, I do not hold that against at all.But...when she came back and asked if we were ready, we all weren't. 2 of 3 of us. We weren't even seated 5 minutes. We sat, she was on it for drinks and then came back quickly which is awesome and a rating of 5.But when we were asked if we were ready and weren't, we were told they are rushed to get orders in on a timeframe because they're busy... uh so I don't get time to look at menu? If it was more than 5 or 10 minutes of being seated, fine. But you're trying to rush us to decisions as well as get us out. Again fine, but I don't think I'll be back because I will not be able to enjoy my meal due to the fact I feel like I am hindering someone. I'd rather go where I feel welcome. I came to breakfast to relax and enjoy a meal... do not feel relaxed at all and haven't even gotten my food yet.I feel more comfortable and welcome at the restaurant my ex boyfriend and estranged family work at..Well. Haven't finished the review and our server got in her car and left... maybe that explains it....Another server tried to explain and was nice so I upped back to 4 from 3. Our server came back and she was calmer so ill chalk it up to busy chaos and just presenting a little rough"

"We eat breakfast there a few times a month and have always been happy. Decided to go for dinner and it was wonderful. Our waitress was an angel she treats everyone like family and even paid for one of the guests dinner and said he could pay her back next time. It’s a lot of food for a very reasonable price and the food is good. We will be going back weekly. If we lived closer we would go more often"

"Having read the reviews and the high rating, we decided to stop here on our way to TN. I love chicken fried steak! However, the white gravy had the consistency and taste of paper maché paste. Except for a few lumps of flour that were in it. The steak itself wasn't bad. For sides I had (canned) green beans that was fine, and really delicious coleslaw. I love southern biscuits, but unfortunately this biscuit was thrown in the microwave to heat up, just as the steak and green beans were. Pre-cooked, then reheated. We like eating at diners as the food is normally cooked fresh and comes out fast. I was suspicious when our meal come out within 3 minutes of ordering it. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and definitely the highlight of the meal."

"This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we placed our order through their mobile app. We were informed that we should pull up, as our order was ready. We parked, and in under two minutes, our hot and fresh order was waiting for us at the window. Everything was seasoned to perfection, with just the right amount of salt. I highly recommend this place; the customer service is exceptional. We'll definitely return on our next visit!"

"Service was okay, but for a slow morning (only 4 tables) the waitress brought us our drinks within a minute and asked us if we were ready to order what we literally started to look through the menu. The food was pretty good, although the ham was too salty, but some people like it. Overall, it's pretty good I guess. I have a toco salad instead of ham and it was really good! The French toast was very humid and the bacon was thin and crispy (hard to find)."
