"Yeah, I know Arby's Arby's is Arby's, it's all the same food that's just as prepared, blah, blah, blah. Unless it's not. You were at a burger place and it looks like an elephant fell on your burger when you open it? Or was it joined with such a complete ceremony that more of the sandwich was on the outside instead of between the bread? This doesn't happen here. Staff are always pleasant and patient, and what you order is what you get. I don't try to play favorites, but I have a French bath and Swiss once, and when I came back to my office, I found that I had no au jus. When I came back the next time, Shelby not only remembered me, but she remembered that she had forgotten to give me the Au Jus and give me another sandwich for free! I had not said anything much less asked about something, so this came as a welcome surprise. Great work for everyone!"
