"A friend of mine told us about this place so we picked a perfect day to take a drive. We we're told that we had to try the the Crab sandwich. We ordered the clam chowder first with a couple of drinks. The chowder consistency was perfect, all the normal ingredients (clams, chopped potatoes, onions, clams, etc) were inside and cut perfectly, and most of all it was hot temperature way. Our entries were the Smoked Trout salad and the Nicks Famous Crab sandwich. The Trout salad was good and light. The Trout was cooked perfectly and not too smokey. The crab sandwich was enough to feed two people which was great. There was plenty of crab inside, very tasty, the bread wasn't too much and was toasted nicely. The only knock on the sandwich was that it needed a binder for the crab to the bread. The sandwich was a little dry because of that. We ordered the Spice Pumpkin Cobbler. It was so delicious with great flavors, not too much of Spice, and it just melted in your mouth. The ice cream capped it off nicely. Lastly, the service (Susan) our waitress was so nice and quick to get whatever it was we needed. The views from inside the restaurant are also nice being that it wasn't foggy. I'd definitely go back and try some other food items and drinks to go with them."
