"We had schnitzel and chicken curry. Both were delicious! The Jaeger sauce for the schnitzel is so flavorful. Service was excellent as always. Tables are spaced far apart and masks were worn. "The location is good and so the ambience. Seating is pretty good and ample. Good selection as well for vegan and vegetarian. That’s said, the taste is really not there. Vegan does not mean bland or simple. Ginger, onion, black salt, and lots more species can make it very good to eat. The food we ordered was bland, on the colder side and with no taste. The person at the counter missed one shake order despite repeating. Plus the order is was very slow. Vegan Shakes were the best among all. Will I come back again, not probably."

"Oh, wow! One of the most memorable meals I've had all year! I got the BBQ Chicken and added avocado. Each bite had plenty of chicken and sauce all the way down the crepe. And speaking of, the crepe was perfect: crispness covers the hearty, delicious dough. It may be a little hard to eat, but it's easy to love! I first thought the price was a bit high, but the crepe was substantial and satiated my appetite for a good while. Good community spot to engage with neighbors, too. Planning to go back for more soon!Parking: Only 2 spots in small lot in the back. More on street parking out front."

"on Wednesday night we had a nice fire dinner. each in our party loved to be eating the cocktails were excellent, and the service was very attentive. we celebrated the birthday of our friend, and our server jessica really felt special during our visit. we're coming back. the only criticism I have is that they only have paper straws. that was a negatiw for us, but everything else was very nice."

"beautiful time with friends celebrate a great birthday! enjoy about 15 minutes on the bar that was fine esp, as a table opened there. delicious cocktails and premium wines. eating was inventive, the standard sarife together with new ones. my friend had a chicken curry that had very little tear, it was mostly curry sauce in a large soup bowl. they brought us extra tears without a whistle. this is not a cheap place, but they get excellent cuisine in a beautiful space. secure reservations — Friday evening was full!"

The music was nice and made it feel like I was in a Mexican food spot in LA. We went later on in the evening and there was no wait for a table for 7. "Once again Copley's stands out as the best restaurant in Palm Springs. Shannon, the Maitre D, greets everyone with warmth and good cheer and is helpful when suggesting a table. The atmosphere is romantic and peaceful, the patio misting system comfortably takes the edge off the heat, and the food superb. The specials on this particular evening were outstanding: seafood fettuccine was not a pasta dish with added fish... but an extraordinary melange of four seafood elements — lobster, swordfish, mussels, shrimp — served on a bed of pasta. Exquisite. Chocolate soufflé topped the meal, served by Gracie, arguably the best Waitperson in Palm Springs, bar none."

"Hello there as you can see through my review I was not very happy with our lunch today. We at Spencers have eaten many times and have always left the feeling, perhaps the most beautiful time we had in a long time. There was nothing like that today. We came for a 1245 reservation at 12:40 to wait for 20 minutes on a table and only when I heard another couple go to the hostess and say they had a 1 o'clock reservation and they sat them immediately, I went back to the hostess and we say 1245 why go before us when they are 1 o'clock? I ordered the three onion soup, which was wonderful, and followed him with the Risotto mushroom and spinach, which was so overcooked to the point of the mummy I couldn't eat it. My husband had a fruit plate with the sorbet and a generous portion, the fruit was not so tasteful. Neither of us ate our meal and none seemed to notice nor ask why. It seemed like it wasn't on site today. Each part was not on site. I very rarely write bad reviews, but couple the not great experience with this was a special occasion, it was very disappointing. "from a car trip to salvation mountain and the salton sea. it was very convenient to be able to stop at palm springs and have this meal. the eating was really good as in any other native food location, I just found the restaurant itself and the place where it is, a bit dated (but perhaps they have changed it by now since this was a few years ago) yet, definitiw a visit worth visiting if they are in the opposite and want to have a fast meal."

"innocent mimoses were the reason why we came on a random Sunday. the taste options are impressive and the taste was great. our server was there when our glasses were empty! we had already enjoyed the breakfast at another place, so we didn't want to eat. However, their policy requires at least one court, so that we have ordered the garlicries. that were very disappointing, but since we were not hungry, it was not very important. they had to play football matches on the big screens and great music. I went there to celebrate my birthday and also thanksgiving with a friend. we both ordered the salat with melone, which was amazing. we also ordered the duck that was by far the best prepared dish with which I have ever enjoyed. the wee was perfect that was selected by our waiter, perfect with our food. the desert was heavenly. every worker in the restaurant we met was highly professional and gave us an excellent service. the ambiente was like being in a rural French restaurant, although it is located in the heart of the inner city of palm springs. I recommend this restaurant with the highest rating I can give it!"

"Went for Valentine's Day. Lovely old style hotel . Would have preferred the regular menu (more choices) but the salads, ribs and salmon were excellent. Lobster risotto a bit disappointing . Deserts lovely. Sat outside so lovely view and heaters for warmth .our server was stellar. One of us tried to charge his Tesla at a charger station on site but it didn't work."

"WOW! This was my first time visiting Spencer's and I'm so glad I picked it! We came here for my boyfriend's birthday and it was such a great find. I made reservations for 2 people and chose the indoor seating. Once we arrived and I saw the outdoor seating I regretted my decision. The outdoor patio was super cute! Next time I will definitely sit outside. We used their valet parking which was very fast once we finished our dinner. The menu has a good variety of options and we decided on the Spencer's hot appetizer sampler, pan fried Norwegian salmon, sonoma breast of duck, and finished off with the creme' brûlée. The appetizer sampler was a great choice since we got to try to crab cakes, calamari, and coconut shrimp! My favorite of the three was the coconut shrimp but they were all delicious! The crab cakes came on a lemon caper sauce that was the perfect mix if creamy and tangy! The coconut shrimp was crispy and had the subtle coconut flavor and was so tasty. As for the calamari it had great crisp and the sauce was a nice add on. The salmon was cooked to perfection for me, a crispy skin but still tender! My boyfriend's duck was actually SO good. It was extremely soft and tender and literally melted in your mouth. I would 100% recommend visiting Spencer's if you are in the area! A great place to celebrate an occasion or just want to have a nice dinner."

"I am sorry to report that I had a bad experience at Melvyn's for dinner this past Saturday evening. I made the reservation weeks ago and called several times to let the restaurant know that we would be celebrating a special occasion. I even connected with the GM, Dan, who never came over to table. The service was extremely rushed. I was very surprised that the waiter brought our dessert out with no candle and made a joke about how he forgot. It left a really terrible impression and took the charm out of our evening. I will not be back."
