"Got to the restaurant soon after they opened for the evening, which was the right call. It got filled up fast for good reason. It's a very small restaurant, but they had some of the best pizza I've ever had. On the wall, they showcase their numerous first place wins in various competitions. All of that is deserved. We had the Spanish Octopus and Artichoke Heart appetizers and both were phenomenal. The octopus was cooked to perfection. Completely tender with no tough or chewy parts, even at the tip. All of the flavors worked together so well. The artichoke hearts were plump, full of flavor, and the buttered bread crumbs lent it a good crunch to contrast with the soft vegetable. We ordered the deep dish pizza with a few toppings. The cheese was wonderfully stretchy, and the tomato sauce packed such a powerful punch of flavor. Concentrated acidity and tomato flavor with a good blend of herbs and spices. Lastly, I ordered a cannoli for dessert. I was blown away. The shell was crisp, and the filling was light, sweet, and creamy. I'm used to denser cannoli so it was a wonderful surprise. Everything was delicious, the waitresses were attentive and helpful, and I had an incredible time. It's absolutely worth a trip there."
