"shout out to Chuck at the Panera for creating a sandwich that was discontinued off of the menu. He was open and understanding that I didn’t want to pay for all of the up charges for the extra ingredients, and still decided to provide it to me anyway and I definitely appreciate that.Him and his staff provided excellent customer service, the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back!"

"The meal was inedible. The pasta was crunchy like it wasnt cooked at all. The chicken was cold with no sauce and some cheese on top. I saw cherry plum tomatoes but no sauce for the pasta either. I was very disappointed."
