"It was only by accident that we ended up at this magnificent restaurant. It turned out to be the best dining experience we have ever enjoyed in Penticton, so much so we went back 2 nights later. The food is the main attraction, second only...to the owner who makes you feel like family, the wait staff who complimented the evenings and of course the team in the kitchen who are so very talented. Cooper was our server both nights and he is a master at his craft. Now the food is the main attraction, over the course of two nights we started with the Calamaro, Caprese, Arugula Salad and the Carpaccio. Each one was outstanding in its own way. But wait, there is also the made to order bread with tapenade and balsamic butter. Hot from the oven, drizzled with olive oil and dusted with sea salt, this alone will keep you coming back. Ideally, one loaf for two people. Our main courses over those two nights were the Carbonara, rich and creamy with a generous amount of pancetta, the Sablefish perfectly cooked, buttery and complimented with fennel and broccolini, last and certainly not least was the Beef Tenderloin, expertly prepared, cooked and seasoned to perfection, served with rapini and a fontina scalloped potato; in a word, divine.
