What's even more satisfying is that my girlfriend, who is of Salvadoran descent, highly approves of this place. As someone who grew up with Salvadoran cuisine, she has a discerning palate when it comes to evaluating the authenticity of dishes. El Shaday passed her test with flying colors, which speaks volumes about the restaurant's commitment to maintaining the true flavors of Salvadoran cuisine. Despite the fact that El Shaday is a bit of a drive for me, I am more than willing to make the half-hour journey to pick up an order quite often. The quality of the food and the warm, friendly service make it all worthwhile."
