"Had to stop here, as it’s one of the best local hidden gems in the area. We were not disappointed! If you’re looking for the friendliest service with BBQ that is on point this is the place for you. These are the places you want to seek out, the smaller off the beaten path places where food is cooked with love and it shows through in every dish. Everything is good, but there two items that stole the show.First, the ribs were cooked to perfection. The bones pulled out clean and the smoke was just right to compliment the dry rub. Delicious, by far and large some of the best ribs I’ve ever eaten. Then you have the fried honeybun topped with whipped cream. It’s exactly what it sounds like, honeybun fried quickly in a cast iron skillet with some butter, cinnamon sugar, and whipped cream. I’m not sure where this has been all my life, and I didn’t know I needed it, but now I know lol."

"Not nearly as good as it has been in years past. Went for for dinner the night before and it seemed like the location was having trouble keeping the stations full. The good quality was below the past and service, especially the host stand, was nearly rude … not Dollywood level Southern Hospitality. We will be back at DreamMoore jn December, but will like skip Song and Hearth, which is unfortunate since it was one of our favorites when at Dollywood. I always valued how much different Dollywood was than Disney by maintaining high standards. I hope this iis not a sign that Dollywood is moving in a negative direction with their products and services, like Disney World."

"I'm not a fish eater, but we left last year. The catfish, chicken and fixes were great... good taste, well seasoned. Wait, the staff was fast on the ball, and right there to help us refill food and drinks. The prices were also very good."

"Stopped in here because of the stellar reviews. We had a final day before we left breakfast here. Their jams, biscuits and muffins are amazing, but their other fare meh. This place is busy, and I mean watch uout going up and down the stairs because you may run into a server using the same route. Fortunately, I did not but witnessed a few close calls. The restaurant is clean, but dated. View over the river is nice, but most times you're overlooking the parking lot. Service was averge, and food was served promptly. Kids had pancakes w/ bacon; and eggs w/ sausage. Both said their meals were ok. I had the ham and cheese omlette w/ onions green peppers but truth-in-advertising should have been called onion green pepper omlette with cheese and tad bit of ham. They tried the old restaurant presentation trick of putting some ham cheese on top to make it appear' that the omlette was bursting with these two ingredients. Fortunately, I used to be a cook and when I peeled back the flap of my omlette it revealed it full of onions, I mean FULL. Some green peppers some cheese, and few small flecks of ham. Very disappointed. It was also flavorless. Just bland. Service: Average Food: Average Parking: paved lot (read the signs) Bathrooms: clean Would recommend: Meh Would re-patronize: No"

"This is one of the best spots we have yet to find for lunch. Great food and service. We sat by the koi pond and it was so nice and relaxing. Food was so good did not get pictures in time."

"The atmosphere was quite peaceful when we arrived. I discovered this restaurant online and was eager to give it a try. My husband chose the chicken Caesar salad, while I opted for the chicken sandwich paired with sweet potato fries. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the fries. They were fresh, crispy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The sandwich was juicy and delightfully messy to enjoy—always a great sign! The salad was also excellent. Don't miss out on the edible cookie dough, which is available by the scoop for $5 for 4 scoops, $7 for 6 scoops, or $10 for 9 scoops. You simply have to try it; it's delicious! Just a heads up, the restrooms are located down a long hallway and around the corner."

"we went to a Friday night and sat right away. we were greeted by our waiter immediately and brought drinks, salad, cookies and strawberry butter. the cookies were excellent as the earthy butter. the apple-circum-vainigrette dress was amazing! the portions were sufficient, I just think we're so used up here in America. our waiter leif was attentive and friendly and we never had to wait for a part of the meal. we were very happy with our experience and the banana pudding was sooo good."

"I love diners. They remind me of growing up in South Jersey. Mel's is two thumbs up diner vibe. The staff is down to earth, knowledgeable friendly. The menu is pretty extensive and my son's grilled cheese was a two thumbs up, my husband's burger was a hit my club was delicious. A diner that lives up to its reputation when we're back in town we will return. Check it out!"

"It has been too long since I have been able to say we have had great food AND great service! Well, this was it! Starting with the outside. It's modern, appealing, and welcoming all at the same time. We were seated, and the experience started. Dino set the tone! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and fun! The food was great! P.s. the hand breaded Mushrooms really ARE hand breaded and good! The cheese sticks might be hand breaded too. The salad was yummy looking. The wings are crispy and so good. But wait... burgers. This this needs instructions on how to eat it! It's Moose's Big Daddy Mac n Cheese Burger. I want the Mac n cheese itself as a meal! TVs! TVs all over the place. Our table even had one at the table. Bottom line, if you find yourself looking for somewhere to eat with great food, great atmosphere and if you are fortunate enough to get Dino (even though everyone was nice and seemed genuinely happy to be there), this is THE place to go here in Pigeon Forge!"

"My wife and I were originally trying to decide which one we should o to in Old Mill Restaurant or the Pottery House Café. One the local shop owners told us that people in the area typically like the Pottery House Café just a little bit better. They had said that the menu at the Pottery House has a little more variety in dishes. I had gotten the Pottery House Café Brown, and my wife had gotten the Chicken Florentine from the dinner menu. Both were absolutely delicious, but I would say that the Florentine was slightly better. The sauce of the Florentine was so good. The Cafe Brown was almost as delicious. Normally, I do not like Turkey, but everything about the Cafe Brown worked well with the tomato, bacon, and sourdough bread. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant who is visiting the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area."

"The wait was shorter than expected, only about 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. They offer a buffet with a wide variety of options, including fried bologna, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit (including watermelon triangles), and even apple butter. You can also order off the menu. I had three delicious pancakes with eggs cooked to order, which were done perfectly (over easy). My wife ordered pancakes with country ham, and she received a generous portion. The syrup was especially good, warm to hot and brought to the table in a dispenser. Our waitress, Teresa, was fantastic. Overall, Reagan's is definitely worth a visit and a place we will return to in the future."

"We ordered the big breakfast. Our made to order breakfast came in less then 1 minute. Started eating it since it was pre-made the food got cold very fast. The butter on the pancakes would not even melt. Only a few bites into it and gnats were all over the food lost our appetite immediately. Told the waitress. She apologized and took $5 off. As if that was some compensation. They should have made us fresh food or comped the whole thing. Very expensive for sharing your breafast with gnats. No thanks. Go somewhere that will actually make your food to order. Not impressed at all. Won't return"

"Easy to read menu board on entry. Do your own drinks from the Coke family. Sweet Tea was a bit thin, but thats ok. Very calm and quiet atmosphere. Interacted with very few staff but they were nice. 93 degrees outside. Inside was very comfortable. Was notba meat locker but I didn't sweat either. Just nice. Seat yourself."

"Just don 't... We arrived later (around 8pm) to avoid the dinner crowd and still waited an hour to be seated. We tried to order food immediately upon being seating, but the server insisted we order drinks only first. So, 20 min after being seated, she finally took our food order. 10 min after we ordered, our server returns to tell us that they are out of sirloin steaks (our kids favorite) and only brought 1 menu for the kids to share who were on opposite sides of the table. When the food finally came out, half of it was cold (2 hot sandwiches were cold and the creamed spinach was ice cold), plus they forgot to include the chips for a Fish Chips entrée. At no point did a manager EVER stop by our table to check on us or was even present in our section of the dining area. Our 6 top was directly underneath a blast chiller and abutted to some loading doors, so everyone spent the rest of the night trying to get their core temp above hypothermic levels and processing the unbelievably atrocious restaurant experience we 'd just been subjected to. We should 've gone to Cheddars."

"I'll come back to lunch and start with the hot pepper cheese bit. great. beautiful and crispy on the outside and melts on the inside. I never waited for anything."

"Impressive building. Cool design. Welcoming atmosphere. Reservations ability a plus in pigeon forge. Friendly staff, not fake like. Option to go outside was declined by us due to a cafeteria atmosphere and noise level. Sat inside, very nice. Server âMelonyâ I believe, was prompt and pleasant. What stands out in our dining experience was definitely our server. She made us feel extremely welcome, pampered, and was very friendly. The fish n chips were amazing. The sushi rolls were good. We went primarily for the crab legs but at $72 per pound, thatâs just not logical no matter what your budget. Joeâs Crab Shack is full while yours is half empty lastnight. May want to look into data that will increase your client volume while making a reasonable profit. People are what matters. Without servers like Melony, youâre out of business. I give this a 3.5."

"What a choice! Everything was fantastic. There were 7 of us and the food came out quickly and it was all the right temp. The country fried steak was the real deal. The brisket was melt in your mouth perfect. Pulled pork, Mac-n-cheese and the baked beans were all authentic and on point. Fast friendly service put this place over the top. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Went in excited for brick oven pizza and came out with overpriced unflavored pizza. The wait was and hour and a half, so we ordered to go and got our pizza in 30 minutes. That I was glad about, but the pizza was nothing special and almost unflavored. If it was a basic pizza place with a basic price, this would have been okay, but I paid way too much for what I got!"

"Always a great place to hang out, listen to a local band, grab a bite to eat and a cold beer. Ordered tenders with fries, they brought out a platter with tenders only. When I asked about the fries, they explained they were out so I asked for onion rings as a replacement. Glad I got onion rings instead, they were great"
