"server was nice, but after a few minutes she disappeared. we were left alone in the dining room for over 15 minutes after we had finished eating and were ready to grab our food. I had to get up and ask for the boxes to go. After we had packed our food, we waited for another 5 minutes to bring the bill that never came. we took our boxes forward and asked for the bill and some bags to our To Go boxes in, they gave us the, advised us that our server was on the break, and telephoned for a manager to come to the reception. after another 5 minutes of the manager who does not appear, I asked again about the manager and another call was made. the manager shows up, I told her what happened, she tells us that the server never break while there are people at her tables and that the server would face it. I didn't want the server to get into any kind of trouble. I thought if she was on a break, maybe she'd say she should go on that break. it wouldn't make any sense because she served us and she knew we were there. then the manager advised that no one would have told her to take her break and again said that she would face it. the whole was just strange (due to a better word) and unprofessional. extremely poor customer service. I spoke this concern to the manager, then she took our payment and we went. definitiw never back there while it is under the same line."
